I don't know how you keep such patience, geez.
It isn't patience when you simply don't enjoy meaningless sex. You should read up on r/K selection theory:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R/K_selection_theory

You are 'r', Pondus and I are 'K'. That's why you don't understand it - you want to fcuk as many women as possible, since that is your sexual selection strategy. Of course humans don't generally fit neatly into a category, but there are people along the continuum.

Ok so you don't enjoy it. Reality is, an overwhelming majority of society does from what I've gathered so that makes you and Pondus the minority when you think about it. In my mind, if you are the minority, women will tend to think there is something wrong with you, low drive/test or no confidence. Chew on that, it should make perfect sense.

For the record, most of the time, I date one woman at a time as I am looking to settle down. Not as many as I can like you suggested.

I just don't push for sex on the first few dates and since women rarely even get a second date with me the opportunity doesn't really arise(by my terms). I still escalate in other ways to let them know that is the direction I want the relationship to go if we do continue to see eachother. No woman will ever question my sex drive. It is very high. On the same page, no woman will ever think that sex is all I'm after either.

if I wanted sex, I could pretty much get it any time I pleased with a different frame of mind. I'm just not like that.

Text with L2. Keep in mind I texted her last 3 weeks ago and I was always the one asking to hang out and she couldn't make it work, so I got tired of trying.

Her: Hi! How are you?
Me: Hello! I'm good. How have you been?
Her: Good! Busy as usual. You disappeared!
Me: What do you mean? I've been right here. :P

You can also just be FWB with them while you find the man of your dreams (like many women do).

It sounds like your hubby puts ALOT of strain on you, yet you just won't let go. Like wtf? I don't want to hear the excuses again. All I will say is you need to think about yourself, your own well being and what is good for you sometimes too. Your daughter wants to get mad and cut you off, then so be it. Continuing this life of addiction, depression and god knows what else will also be the end of you and will leave your daughter an even bigger mess. She will understand the situation better as she ages. Doesn't she see for herself the toxic environment you are currently in?
Yes, the environment is getting so toxic that even our families, who were adamantly opposed to divorce, are begging that we do it. Plus he's getting an inheritance which would make splitting into 2 homes easier. I am looking at boats because I can get in a harbor in SC and still commute on a shuttle bus. Or just a smaller mountain home, idk.

I honestly don't think i'll want the young guys when I'm on my own, because I get REALLY annoyed hanging out with them outside of the bedroom. We were on the beach and one started playing rap music with swearing really loud, on Miami Beach??? No one else was, so I was like dude are you kidding me? Plus the nonstop smoking, the gory TV shows he was watching when I don't even have the TV on at home, rarely watch the thing.

In this case the 36 year old Navy first approached me as he was most interested, but then his CHAD friend got jealous and they started fighting over who would be the alpha male. So when the 36 year old started kissing me, the 25 year old grabbed me and put his hands down my pants. It was like a crazy fight, and the 36 year old just left me alone with the 25 year old and told his roommate to fuk off, that you don't take other people's things. It turned into almost a fist fight, darn male testosterone. Why can't a guy let his friend take a girl if he's a CHAD and his friend doesn't get as many women?

Even husband said it's obvious we are miserable living together, so I don't know the answer of where and who will move out and what to do about the aging cats, I just know it's there.

I thought young bucks would lose interest in me when I hit 40. I'll be 46 soon so when does it end? Age 50??? I know it won't last forever.

Move along. Nothing to see here. Just a typical day for DLB.

For the other 99.99999% of women, they are scratching eyeballs out and calling the cops for molestation and attempted rape.

Yes the 36 year old said that he was pissed at his roommate for fondling me as it was borderline sexual assault. But he was a 6'2, tan CHAD so it wasn't assault. If he was a basement dwelling, skinny short dude, then yes I would have called the police.

These men were seriously fighting over being "alpha" and the one guy called himself "omega". Probably closet Miscers, sigh. Weird scene and they tried to do a MMF, hell no.

The 6'2 CHAD guy ate pussy like a champ, my best ever. I should not miss it -- be glad I got to experience something like that. He was like a piranha! "Show me that ass, girl....let me taste that yummy pussy, girl" with legs on the shoulders. Everything was "girl" even though I'm 20 years older.

Like I have any control over what el terrible says to you.

God damn jesus ****ing christ. I'm starting to think you are actually already in a mental institution and some how hacked up an employee, took her identity, and post from their computers.

Still no word from Vick?

I've provided photos with proof on here many times. I thought they would lose interest when I turned 40, but they don't. Look at the BBW thread on here where that thick girl has many Miscers who want her. Her body type is similar to how mine was a month ago. I've lost 3kg since then and tightened up as I'm been alternating jogging or weights daily.

I wouldn't call the guys Greek Gods though. Good looking, yes, but I haven't been with a Greek God type in over a year. That guy took me on long weekends away and out to dinner, but he admitted that he had beautiful women all around the world. Most of these guys are just tall with attractive faces, since I'm taller than the average female.

One dude who works out with me in the gym saw me 30 lbs less, and he said I look better now with curves. So even if I don't like my body, other guys seem to like it with big boobs and big butt. I feel like I look like a cartoon character, but whatever.

Ask your therapist, many will say to wait until a year after the divorce before dating.

I have said this to many guys on here, who just say "well I might be dead in a year".

You've only had sex with 2 women so I don't understand why you're even on Tinder or any online sites. Meet people IRL because online is horrid.

It's horrid for people like you. Not people like me, who actually take a healthy approach to dating and relationships.

Pretty sure you should shut your mouth for once and listen. Out of the two of us, who actually left their spouse and was officially separated for 9 months, actually did wait a year after leaving her before attempting to get into a serious relationship, and is ACTUALLY divorced? It's been 21 months since I left her, that's not even including the years leading up to it in which I contemplated leaving her.

Nope, but I'm willing to correct any misinterpretations. You can't tell people what they mean btw.

I'm saying that intentionally playing games by being busy/distant can serve to hurt you. Women aren't the only ones that do this.

I'm saying that the majority of men do not need to play games. There is no risk of coming across as needy/clingy if you a. Don't pander and b. Have personal goals.

Well aren't you Mary Poppins.

That's fine, if ya'll think I make this up, then none of this can be used against me in a court of law if it is just a figment of my imagination.

Yep.
You aren't legally divorced yet. Plus you are a Narcissist so therapy would benefit you with that. You are naturally attracted to those with BPDs.

You are right, I still have 14 days until the clerk records it. Close enough.

I'm not a narcissist and I am not attracted to BDP. If I was attracted to BDP, I'd still be with my ex-wife. I can spot a BDP 10 miles away now and run the other way. What makes you think I am attracted to them?

... but not surprised you could not just acknowledge what I said. You are the one off track, not me. I know you want company in your missery, but you are not going to find it here. *points to self*

Update:

L2 asked why I stopped contacting her and told her she seemed really busy and figured she would contact me if she had time. She apologized and said I am right, but she is trying to stop working so much and make more time for herself and asked if I want to hang out next week.

Time to just avoid the situation at all cost and drink a little alcohol. It has been a long day, night and day.
Well it's a good learning lesson. In the future, just don't say anything and play along with what she says. You may even salvage it if she finds you attractive and is tired of the CHADs.

You seem to be obsessed with dating, especially online dating. To me that sends yellow flags.

You married a BPD!!!! There you go!

But granted I have my own issues to worry about and address, so carry on......I need to find healthy activities that give me a high other than sugar and sex with boy toys. Drinking and drugs don't count.

I just went to DBT group tonight. I feel like DBT is a 2nd job at this point and the bills are going to break me at $260 a week. But that's better than inpatient and I can still work, unlike inpatient.

You guys have to give me credit to at least try it out with a 48 year old. Now if only he wasn't on America's Most Wanted.....sigh......

I'm not obsessed with dating. I date. I date online because it's convenient. The difference between me and you is I don't get off on or seek attention from just anyone. I'm not desperate or needy at all. I actually use my skills to filter, so I don't have to deal with drama like you. Do you think I would ever, in a million years willfully put myself in any kind of situation close to the ones you put yourself in? C'mon now. I don't know what your deal is, but I'm was a great husband and an even better father. I'm really ****ing mature and responsible. I was probably more mature and responsible than you when I was 12, because even when I was 12 I knew better than to put myself in situations that you do. What sad is, you are completely conscious of your decisions and then play the victim, like you didn't have a choice.

Yes, because I had zero relationship experience and had no idea what I was getting myself into.

No, I put myself in situations due to emotional pain and wanting male attention, after years of abuse from men. DBT therapist is working with me to use more rational mind instead of emotions, so I don't put myself at the mercy of a 48 year old wife beater.

But then again, most posters here think I make this all up, so perhaps I have a wild imagination.........

Maybe it would be healthier if it all was just your imagination.

It wasn't me, it was my emotions.

It's the men's fault for abusing me

It's the 48 year olds fault for giving me attention

Do you want me to start pointing out every time you make an excuse as to why you are not accountable for your actions?

Not going to argue with you. The 48 year old tried to tell me that these two women hit themselves and framed him.

A man's pet peeve is how we take advantage of men and their resources.

It's just not emotions. You don't understand living in abuse. It eats you away.

it's not my fault, he told me he was a victim

it's not my fault, it's the abuse's fault

You won't understand this, but never trust anyone who says/thinks they are a victim.

Uh, hello. Married a BDP. I know what it's like to live in constant emotional abuse.
