Today a story by the Daily Mail was published from an "insider crew member" from the show. Keep in mind the Daily Mail has been caught making chit up many, many times and just recently had to pay Melania Trump $5million for lying about her. Here's the thing. There's a tape of the whole thing (as well as microphones and witnesses). So this isn't a "he-said-she-said". There is 100% evidence of what went on. Supposedly Corinne woke up the next day and didn't know anything was amiss, and was later shown the tape and had no idea that someone was giving her oral sex.

So apparently ABC's legal department (and Warner Bros, who produces it) has seen the tape and said that production needs to be cancelled immediately. The season is cancelled, and there's a chance the US version of the Bachelor may be closed up as well.

Corinne has lawyered up. If she chooses to take this to court, the judge may deliver a verdict similar to the Hogan-Gawker case - basically an exorbitant sum to warn any other show of pushing the envelope of contestants safety like that. If her lawyers can prove that "ABC and Warner Bros stood around and filmed a rape", she could get close to $200 million. Ded srs. Like I said, it could be similar to Gawker.

Also, the Puerto Vallarta police, and Jalisco state DA may file charges against Demario, and the producers, cameramen, audio guys, etc. Mexican law could hold them all accountable and they may have a warrant for their arrests.

It's a fukked up story altogether. It's even more fukked up when you consider that the horrible Daily Mail is actually the most reliable source. Most media outlets are actually owned by the Big 6 media companies, who routinely work together. TMZ is owned by Time Warner, which produces the show for ABC, so they're going to act as a spokesman for the show. Likewise, the host of the Bachelor Shows, Chris Harrison, gave his opinion on the events to Entertainment Tonight, made by CBS but runs on ABC affiliates...which of course make $$$ running the Bachelor shows. So the trashy as fuk Daily Mail may really be the actual story. A bunch of people just stood around and filmed an actual rape. And again - the lawyers for ABC and WB saw the tape of Corinne and DeMario, and apparently demanded the show be shut down immediately. They must think Corinne has them dead to rights.
