Seriously I don't get how someone can be happy staying at home doing nothing with their lives other than waiting for someone to get home. Biggest turnoff in the world - no ambition, no drive to do anything remotely challenging.

My wife has done this for short periods while pursuing a job and/or full time student

Its the fuking GOAT life tbh. All the chores and stuff are completely done so every hour outside of work is free.

I miss it sometimes. The extra money is really nice but I make more than enough to support us.

Granted. She has suffered with depression that just came out of nowhere and had no motivation to get out of bed.

When she wasn't suffering from depression. She did PT part time. I'm not really stressing that she works though.
