What is going to happen:

-Tape undoubtedly reveals that this guy really didn't do much.
-The tape will not be released as it is part of an ongoing investigation.
-ABC could fight it off in court, they would win, everyone would see the tape, however - dealing with the fallout of the vocal feminist SJWs in the media will not be worth stringing it out into a court case, intoxicated = not consent = ammo for the media.
-They will settle with this bimbo for a few hundred grand, maybe a million if they are pussies and send her on her way, no one will see the tape, she can continue her narrative.
