happy eid muslim brehs.

But more importantly .... Given how terrorbrahs were so peaceful during this ramadan, should Europe expect higher levels of peace than usual given it's eid and a cause for celebration? hehe

I mostly lost all my water weight and fat, kept most of my muscle.

I did this by eating a can of salmon every suhoor, which has over 100g of proteins. I then doused it in whole wheat bread.

Overall I'm pretty happy that I've maintained as much strength as I could. Only lost around 10 lbs in my lifts.

what times can you eat during Ramadan fast? Sun down to sun rise?

Are there any foods (aside from pork lol) that you can't have during Ramadan?

I'm sure plenty of towns and cities in Europe are preparing for the end of Ramadam with plenty of kevlar vests, anti-vehicle of peace barriers and guns on the street.

not during the time the sun is up....nothing can enter your body in that time (including needles at the doctor...youre suppose to not fast that day and make it up)

the no water is the hardest in the summer times for sure

Im not religous anymore honeslty but still fast a few days if possible as a self control thing.

It get reaalllyy meditative during the last few hours
