Went on dreamer bulk before wedding.... I'm so screwed.

Was down to probably 12-13% bf and 215lbs in early April. Fiancé told me I could definitely gain some weight back and look better to her.

Started a bulk for strength. That part worked. Bench shot up to an easy 365 max. Overhead is over 250 now.

Wedding is in 10 days. She tells me tonight I need to slow my roll and diet so I fit into my pants for the wedding, and says I easily look in the 230s now 🙁

Realize I basically look terrible now, but didn't get called on it until it already want way too far / too late to change it before wedding day.

Typing this at coldstones eating my feels.

10 days? I ain't a doctor and this isn't professional medical advice, but:

#1 Use PSMF, maybe 800-1k calories/day & keep lifting despite feeling like chit.
#2 Cut sodium way down.
#3 If you don't already consume a moderate amount of caffeine, consider doing so for the next 10 days. Or EC stack if its legal in your area (and you don't have any health issues that it would bugger up). It will act as a diuretic.

You could clean up more than you think in 10 days.

Then go back on dreamer bulk for the honeymoon.

I was thinking about trying no sugar no grain for 10 days and keeping the calories around 2000. I'm afraid the fasting will make me too irritable to deal with.

EC is legal here. May run that.
