starting to wonder if I made a mistake going NC - haven't replied to any of her texts

but in any other relationship I have had the first two months have been bliss while this girl has been fun there have been a lot of overly stressful moments for how it early it is in it.

Are you trolling? By your own words, you said that this relationship is barely two months old, and that it has been riddled with emotional instability on her end basically from the start that caused you undue stress and headaches. How could you possibly be so emotionally vested already that it's hard for you to move on? You're acting like you've actually been with her for at least a year and had a decent stretch of solid stability to start with, when you apparently never had either of those things going for it. Just let it go and move on, man.
