The great thing aboot Canada this time of year is the incredibly long days.It doesn't get pitch black until midnight and it starts to get light after 2:30 AM.

The bad thing is the days start to get shorter up until Christmas and we have to wait until March for the days to get longer.

On another note I have ordered several hundred dollars worth of supplements over the last two weeks and am starting my winter bulk early this year.I ordered a few supplements from bodybuilding.com and they where kind enough to throw in a pair of lifting gloves for free.

My previous all time weight was 220lb@6'2" and I'm aiming for 230lb by next April. If I hit it I will post photos of myself posing in my fishnet speedos.Nobody tell nutsy please.

Ate at Ragland road - brithish/Irish pub in Disney springs last night.

Summer vacation bulk unintentionally also started.

Meh I'll cut it all off in a weeks.

Haven't used workout gloves in years, prob should get back on that with dreads, at some age callouses aren't so cool.

Private and Government entities in the US are working overdrive to prep for increaseed cyber warfare. I've got (3) +1M Sq. Ft. Data Centers that have gone up in the last year in the suburbs, and that's just what I drive by on a daily basis.

If you don't have offline external hard drives, I feel bad for you son. Going to order 5 more 1T Seagate External Hard Drives.

Try this recipe when making potatoes next time. Not sweet potatoes though. It's a Leb recipe called batata harra.

Ingredients:

1. Desiree potatoes (any type can be used) – 500 gms, cubed
2. Olive oil – 2 tbsp
3. salt – to season
4. Extra-virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp
5. Garlic – 3 cloves, crushed
6. Coriander leaves – ¼ cup, finely chopped
7. lemon juice – 1 tbsp
8. cayenne pepper – 1 tsp

Method:

• Preheat the oven to 200˚C.

• In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil and salt. Divide potatoes among 2 baking paper-lined oven trays. Transfer the trays to the oven and roast for 40 minutes, turning once, until golden.

• Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, and coriander and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic starts to change colour. Add the lemon juice and the hot potatoes to the pan and toss lightly to coat. Season to taste and sprinkle with the cayenne pepper.

• Serve hot

If you want a meat based dish, give this ia try. It's called Kafta

8 oz. ground beef chuck
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp. finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp. Aleppo pepper
1⁄4 tsp. ground allspice
3⁄4 tsp. dried mint
1⁄2 tsp. ground cumin
1⁄2 tsp. ground coriander
1⁄4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1⁄2 medium yellow onion, grated, drained in a strainer
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Build a hot charcoal fire in a grill. In a large bowl, stir together beef, parsley, tomatoes, Aleppo, allspice, mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, onions, salt, and pepper. Form 1 tbsp. beef mixture each around the end of 22 skewers; grill, turning, until lightly charred, about 4 minutes.

Should look like this in the end and very flavor rich:
