The great thing aboot Canada this time of year is the incredibly long days.It doesn't get pitch black until midnight and it starts to get light after 2:30 AM.
The bad thing is the days start to get shorter up until Christmas and we have to wait until March for the days to get longer.
On another note I have ordered several hundred dollars worth of supplements over the last two weeks and am starting my winter bulk early this year.I ordered a few supplements from bodybuilding.com and they where kind enough to throw in a pair of lifting gloves for free.
My previous all time weight was 220lb@6'2" and I'm aiming for 230lb by next April. If I hit it I will post photos of myself posing in my fishnet speedos.Nobody tell nutsy please.

Ate at cellar in Canada in world showcase Epcot night before last.
Ate at Ragland road - brithish/Irish pub in Disney springs last night.
Summer vacation bulk unintentionally also started.
Meh I'll cut it all off in a weeks.
Haven't used workout gloves in years, prob should get back on that with dreads, at some age callouses aren't so cool.
