Melis is certainly appealing but she's fully dressed and in sportswear in those pictures, so she just comes of as another gym bunny albeit with a legit physique. The lighting probably makes a big difference too, Melis's pictures look stale with all that harsh contrast but HK's pictures' tone is warm and alluring.

She does look sexy.

And yes, bikini pics do look more alluring than gym clothes but as far as standing normally, I've only seen that one pic where hey kiddo is standing with her hip poked out in an orange bikini in a doorway (?) She'd be sexy either way though and i think they both have extremely nice bodies.
