Ahhh man, that would have been hilarious. Man Moose had me worried AF earlier in the week. He was throwing up, had diarrhea. I was so amped I could have run him to the vet. Luckily all the tests came back negative, and he's feeling much better, but he had had me going for a minute.

Last night after dinner me and fiancé were walking around the mall and she went into that Ulta store for makeup. She bought a stupid little black box thing with like 6 colors in it, and some brush and it cost $84. I almost fell over and fainted.

She's pretty fun, brings some life back into me. She's somewhat dramatic, but all the females in my family are, so I'm just kinda used to it. I wish, she hooked me up with a couple several years ago, nowadays she's just like nope, because I kinda let myself go.

Inside the house, he always listens so well and follows me around. Outside, he pretty much needs to be on a leash unless we're on trails, where he can only run fso far away before he loses sight of me, which isn't okay.

brb calling for him, brb he sees golf ball go flying, starts chasing it, gets distracted by my calling, starts coming back, hears a dog bark, turns to look, goes over to investigate, looks up to make sure i'm still there, sees me walking towards him, and he backs away the exact distance that I closed between us lmao.

finally caught him using a duck jerky treat I tossed towards him, and when he ran to grab it, I had to sprint over and tackled him into a pile of dirt LMAO. was a nice little topper of cardio after the hour walk I'd just taken him on...

just counting down the days till he's at that age where all he does is mope around and follow me annoyingly

just skimmed thru thread...GJDM rescuing that kitty, doesn't sound like he/she would've made it otherwise. Prob a good idea not to stress it to much bringing it home...cats can always be weird af with new ones being introduced. And I'm sure Moose would look like the worlds 2nd largest giant as he peers down his snout sniffing her vigorously like some overgrown anteater

It's nice you guys have a good relationship. My wife and brother in law don't get along at all. But he's kind of a POS, so that probably has a lot to do with it.

Man. Moose is the same way. He's so good when we're in the house, or there are no other dogs around. But if we're at the park, and he eyes another dog he sprints full tilt 200 yards just to greet another dog. He's sweet as can be, but fuark it has to be tense with a pitbull coming at you full bore. Most people are cool, but it's kind of annoying when he doesn't listen. I wouldn't have been too worried about Moose and the cat, but Zelda (my cat) is VERY territorial...she would probably have killed that kitten.

YUP. can relate all too well. Usually he can hold himself back until the last 5-10 feet, but the entire time leading up to it, it's super obvious how focused he is on the dog. Ears and tail perked up, standing rigid at attention, lipstick starting to poke out (no homo). Then once they get close enough, he'll start to whine and try to run/jump towards them. I know it's always friendly, and that once he actually gets close he'd stop and sniff, but I can totally understand why people would be wary, and i hate that it isn't helping his stereotype at all. Most people can tell tho that he's just a needy puppy who wants to play.

However...this past weekend lol when he got loose, he jumped into a neighbors yard, and said neighbor's little yappy dog started barking at him like crazy. So he runs up to sniff and greet the dog. Which only make it bark louder, and growl a little bit. He backs off a bit, neighbor comes running out screaming, grabs her dog, runs inside, and starts yelling at me like "You're dog needs to be on a leash, mine was JUST attacked by a Doberman this week!!" super angry. Couldn't really be that mad cuz he was trespassing, but man. i get why little dogs get attacked by bigger dogs. Same thing was happening all weekend when I'd take him on walks around the neighborhood...brb little dog across the street starts yapping it's head off once we get within like 30 feet of them.

Heard one fellow African American owner joke that it's because my doge is black lmao

I can't stand little yapper dogs. But it's the owners that rustle me even more with their pretentious behavior. It's a fuking dog, no different than mine, just smaller. You carrying your dog around is not taking it for a walk. Stop letting it chit inside the house. Stop letting it bark all the fuking time. They think because they're small, they don't have to be as accountable.

100% agreed. What bothers me most is they act like their dog is infallible, and always a victim regardless of whats happening just cuz it's smaller.NEWS FLASH: If you don't want to worry your dog is going to be killed at a moments notice, maybe get one bigger than a cat.

Only thing I was thinking in my head as that was happening was "I know who's dog I won't be rescuing if it starts sht with mine". 9/10 times, every scuffle Archer has been in was started by a little dog yapping away in the middle of a crowd of bigger dogs. usually in a dog park. which has separate sections for those small dogs. But no. Somehow the big bad pitty always gets the shaft lol. At this point I p much ignore other dog owners unless they start some sort of interaction with me/Archer in a friendly manner, cuz there's no telling how they might be. Some are super chill, but can't stand the owners who look down on other dogs just for being dogs.

LAWD @ the cht inside the house...TMRL lol. somehow it's okay cuz the poop is small...nevermind it's still poop! Gah damn. meanwhile i've had those same people tell me not to bring my dog over at times cuz he sheds, or cuz his nails are a bit too long and he'll track in a bit of dirt

Fuking always. Years ago at the dog park, this ******* would bring 3 german shepards to the dog park, and as you can imagine they were a pack, and acted like one. They would run at Moose for no reason. So one day Moose growls back HARD...One last "get the fuk away from me" and the ******* owner says "Maybe you should muzzle your pitbull". I said " Fuk you, like I'm going to allow your dogs to attack him with no way to defend himself.". Dude said he was going to call the cops until other owners chimed in and said they would corroborate my story. maybe a month later one of his dogs hip checks Moose, and next thing I know Moose is on top of him jaws almost around the other dogs neck. I'd never seen him like that before. Luckily my wife got to him, and pulled him off. We never went back to that dog park...But no matter what, whatever happened was his fault.

Too much real life. Figures that would happen. had a similar experience with a GSD at a dog park...guy shows up with his GSD, GSD is clearly a bit timid and shy. Archer runs up to say hello, and I can already tell the by the guy's body language he's on the watch expecting Archer to attack or something, which is fine I guess. But then, GSD starts opening up, and Archer and the GSD start romping around and playing a little rough, but no cause for concern. Then out of nowhere, the dude comes up, actually SMACKS his dog, pushes Archer away, and yells at his dog not to play with Archer (just lol). Obviously that's not cool to do to his dog or mine, so I go up and ask what the problem is, as I didn't see anything bad happening. He immediately goes on this rant about how dangerous pitbulls are, and how his dog got attacked by a pitbull just last week and he just doesn't trust them. I just laughed in his face and walked away, spent the rest of my time ignoring him. Eventually, like 5 mins before he left, Archer and his GSD started playing again, rougher this time...and lo and behold, his GSD got more aggressive and started snapping in Archer's face/nipping at his neck skin. I saw this, separated them, and walked Archer a bit away before the dude came to grab his dog.

Most hilarious part about this situation was that there were about 5-6 other pitbulls there at the same time, all similar sized to archer, that were all calm af. 2 of the biggest ones were regulars that went there every day that everyone knew, except apparently him. And the dude told that rant to basically everyone who would listen. By the time he left, I and the other pitty owners were p much all talking about how stupid and biased he was lol. Felt bad for his dog though...didn't seem very well socialized at all.

Another funny anecdote...i walk Archer with a Halti leader, which loops around the snout and basically just helps with leash pulling. But some people have mistaken it for a muzzle. Anyway, I always walk him into the dog park with it cuz he pulls to run inside. One time I took it off...had another owner be like "Maybe if he's wearing a muzzle outside the park, you shouldn't take it off once he's inside". i was just like LMAO. decided to make them feel really stupid. called them over, put the Halti back on, and told them to do me a favor and see if you can reach inside his mouth.

Before they could respond or do anything, he let out a huge yawn with a fairly audible groan/squeal, showing all his teeth lol. Dude is a master troll.

I'm just saying, if your mom is paying several hundo for 3-4oz of face cream I can give her a 5 finger discount(skeet skeet skeet).

Jk brah, but seriously I don't understand female logic in paying that much for makeup; don't they realize we will bang them regardless?

It's mostly due to marketing, plus better quality and getting high end products makes them feel high status.

da fuk you say

that's my mother *******

lol agreed tho...mind=blown that she would pay that much for something like that, but she has the money for it so...sure? LOL I guess looking at it the other way, she will never understand why I'd spend money on my car past general maintenance.

[QUOTE=Zackad post_id=1511011531]Too much real life.
