Don't make it funny. Be honest. I agree with the other guys to not mention the BJ. Mentioning the BJ would be the most autistic thing you could possibly do. It never happened. What is done is done and you can't change that. Just be honest and say you felt guilty because you didn't get to spend much time with her, and you'd like to make it up to her by taking her out or something.
