Low key I think this girl likes me. She was extremely adamant about how I should go out more and just kept smiling and shaking her head when I said Im just really chillin
Was going home at 10pm. Some coworkers said come out and drink.
Said meh. Went out.
Realized why I hated bars once again. Played some pool. Watched drunken bafoons hit on all the girls in our group
Realized I'm seemingly above average in pool. May see if there are leagues or clubs in my area
Drove home.
Playing PC games
Brb, have a steam library with games
Brb, haven't played a PC game in like a year
Brb, want to vegetable out sometime and just play games and not think
Brb, still haven't seen John Wick 2 either....fuark

I worked as a bouncer AFTER I quit drinking. Worst experience I've probably ever had at a job and I've had some ****ty jobs. I can last maybe 10 minutes in a bar or club now before I get annoyed. The only saving grace is pool, corn hole, darts, etc. At least then I can focus on something. Still, last bar I went to a couple months ago (Denver, CO) some gangbanger randomly walks up to me and flashes gang signs while saying he was going to kill me. This is literally 30 seconds after I was telling the guys in the group that random people always want to come up and fight me. They were blown away that this **** is actually true. Timing couldn't have been more perfect.

Why don't you ask this chick out that low key likes you?

They probably mostly dated white girls because the black girls didn't want them srs. Black girls always bring this up but lets be real, how many of you would date tiger woods or guys who sound like him?

I know a few huge black women. I'm not trying to sht talk them because despite being hood they aren't full ratchet and are pretty funny to talk to but at the end of the day they could stand to lose a few pounds. Even these women have kids, bfs, or some type of male attention.

You may not have 20 orbiters but most likely there are 1-5 guys that are snapchatting you or messaging you but you just cbf with them because they don't meet the qualifications. I know plenty of nerdy girls like that...they get attention, they know that they're somewhat attractive or have an attractive quality, but they just feel like they don't have enough to get the guys they want. Hence, creating the false illusion of being FA or "ugly".

Not trying to be a black knight but in this day in age every girl is getting attention. Just look at this website, some female posters don't even have avis and they get wk'ed lol

I don't know that much about MGTOW so please enlighten me. If you find a woman that you want to commit to in a relationship (not talking about marriage just being together long term) can you still classify yourself as MGTOW?
I think so, if you can adapt the mentality that a woman should be a part of your life and not the be all end all then I do think you're still a MGTOW. As per the old misc proverb, a gf should be an accessory to your life, not the only thing in it.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

If she's a 4/10 and she expects to land at least a 7/10, she's going to have a frustrating time.

Danielle you know these guys are drinking the Misc Kool-aid.

There are plenty of women who get zero approaches by men. These are the women not on online dating, no social media, and don't get cold approached.

Maybe it's the girl with super short hair, glasses and no makeup who doesn't dress nicely, extremely shy type.

I personally have known young women in some of my circles who say they get nothing from online dating other than men who send "hey want to see my cawk" messages and that's not even flattering to a woman, it's disgusting.

Danielle, I'm sure if you and I joined a forum of women frustrated by dating men, they would say how men get special treatment, men have it easy in dating because they control relationships, etc.

Who is hitting on these women:

Yeah. I work Thur-Mon: 2pm-10pm

Literally cannot do anything with this schedule

Gym
Work
PlayerUnknownsBattlegrounds/Anime/Music

Its hilarious because I was at work like "man this schedule is just terrible" and people in their 30s and 40s were like "BUT YOU CAN GO OUT EVERY NIGHT!!!" Simply replied I dont feel like buying overpriced alcohol and what? Trying to hit on random women where the effort to reward ratio isn't really worth it. Got some semi bert stares, but I just...don't give a **** anymore. For my entire life I've pretty much hid my FA status (Granted people probably put the pieces together with me almost never having a gf or dating anyone).

In a weird, fukked up way, I think I'd actually like those hours.

-0 traffic to and from work.
-If you wanted to go anywhere like the movies, shooting range, etc, you skip all the crowds on your "weekend".
-I'm not a morning person. I'm useless before 12PM, afterwards I hit like a super grind mode around 1PM, so 2-10 sounds about ideal.

If I could, I'd pry trade you my 9-6.

Bars fukkin suck dude - just the price of the drinks alone piss me off. $6 for a glass of beer I could get for less than $1 at Walmart, get out. And even at college bars, I see like 4 guys all playing dancing monkey around every 5/10. No thanks Jeff.

Hell, I just went out tonight for a new employee event with my work (it's a tech company so dat dere sausage fest) and just lol'ed at half a dozen different guys acting like absolute tools to try and get any sort of attention. BRB yell at everyone loud as **** to let them know you're taking a selfie.

Yeah dude. Wasted $13.00 dollars just to play 3 rounds of pool, watch drunk people hit on some of my coworkers, and then once again experience girls in the group I didnt know just kind of act like I wasnt there. Literally trying to be friendly while playing pool. no responses. Asked some other girls to politely to move so I could take a shot. Gave me a crazy look , scoffed ,and walked off (yes this happened).

Online dating is a necessary evil. I HATE it though. Having moved around a lot it's hard to pick up and build a social circle with ease. Also being in my 30s now people have different priorities and different lives. It's hard to coordinate things with people now and time is limited.

sword, you don't have to do online dating. Start playing tennis and pick up the lovely ladies at the tennis club

You know what I did today? Did phone interviews, hit the gym, and did a boxing class.

I can't meet women shooting guns and doing MMA lol. Even at the gym it's a mixed bag. I have to build a social circle myself

So I got dumped last Saturday...

Chit was weird. It came totally outta left field and I can honestly say I've never encountered anything like it. I could tell something was off for about the past two weeks, but she didn't wanna speak about it, and whenever i tried to broach the subject I got the response of, "I don't know...".

Anyway, I finally asked her something like, "Is it me that's making you feel this way?", to which she replied "I don't know..." and BOOM, that's the moment I know it's related to me in some way, shape or form. Anyway, I push on and it comes to light that she's not been happy to see me the past couple of weeks, and feels very anxious every time I come round.

I finish up with asking her if she'd like me to leave her alone for a while, to which she says "yes", and then I asked her if she'd like me to leave her alone indefinitely, and she said "I don't know...", which basically meant yes.

So yea, and that's how it ended :/

Same sh*t happened here too bro. Exact situation except I didn't explain any of my feelings. just walked right out and went No Contact. I'm on Day 5 of no contact. Proud of myself for having such control but it is tough

I didn't explain my feelings either really, which I somewhat regret...

I just knew she wasn't happy and my presence didn't seem to improve her mood at all, and when she eventually confirmed I was at least part of the problem (perhaps all)... frankly the only right thing to do was walk away.

Fukin' sucks ass.

In fairness though she was 10 years younger than me - early 20s are when folk test the waters and establish their identity, so I did suspect she might undergo significant changes and something might happen between us.

easier said than done but forget her and go NC.
NC = deleted and blocked. don't be a ******* and not do this.

most likely, it isn't you, it's the new guy she met.
When he is done with her don't be surprised if she comes running back.
may take a while for her to figure out how to contact you though because you have already deleted and blocked her. right?

I have no social media.

The only way she was able to contact me was by phone/text, and she can probably find my email address if she does a search.

I don't think i'll ever hear from her again... if she was a normal chick i'd say I definitely would, but she's an odd one and I suspect I'll be forgotten about (not because i'm a boring, lifeless kent; it's just that she's an incredibly non-needy person)

No point in voicing my opinion or issues with dating. They will always think that All women are going for "Chad" and is obsessed with social media. What's going for me is not being fat, having a decent well paying job, having my own place, and not being dependent on anyone (knock on wood). I'm focused on work and my hobbies outside of work. No point in explaining your feelings dude. It doesn't work. Once the relationship is over (it was over 2+ weeks ago for her) then it's like trying to ice skate uphill.

Every time I've ever tried to explain myself to a woman who's dumped me, it's been a savage train-wreck and never worth it. The last one who dumped me was back on Match.com as fast as possible and I actually just looked her up and I see she's with a dude who isn't that good looking but she seems to be happy (good ol' social media for the stalk). That's exactly it, there's no point trying to figure it out or make a case like you're a lawyer. It is what it is.

I think you nailed it earlier. She's 10 years younger. Her priorities change. Every time I see someone under 25 years old I have that understanding in the back of my mind that there could be a quick 180 at any moment. That's how life works.

Sorry it happened brah, NC and on to the next one.

Still haven't seen John Wick 2???......brah....get on it.

If a woman introduces you to a friend of hers and you like each other she will lose your attention.
can't have that.

I forgot about this one. I 100% agree with the simple life as long as you are happy. Less is more.

From my personal experiences, I see the opposite. All my female friends and I are nerdy engineers. This happened 5 years ago. One of them liked this nerdy Asian engineer guy with glasses and she asked him out. He rejected her. Another acquaintance woman that I know is a hair stylist. His engineering bf dumped her because he said that a hair stylist has no ambitions. How do you explain those situations?

I don't think online dating is necessary but I am starting to see why it would be more necessary for men than women. This thread has gave me some good insights. Like you, I work from home 95% of the time (coding) but I like it plus I have awesome long time friends. I agree with you that once you move around, it is hard to build up that social circle again and it is even harder to find true friends.

Jokes on them. I honestly don't have any girls I talk to on a regular basis as "friends". TBH those "friendships" were always super one sided. No female friend I've ever had with text, message, call ,or attempt to contact me at all. They never inquire about my life, feelings, or anything of that nature. Experimented with this several times and only about 6 to 10 guys I know will actually contact me first.
