When I was a SGT we had a homeless guy claim 2 of my officers slammed him against the hood and called him racial slurs. Had him fill out the complaint form then reminded him it was a misd to file a false claim and i showed him the video before he signed. Lmfao he tried backpedalling so hard and ended up just leaving

cops don't know anything about the civilian, and whether it's fair or not, it's in the cops job title to go through that routine. and if you give a cop a hard time when he's doing his/her job, he/she will increase the stakes. when you know what a cop can/will do, you don't try to test it. no one cares if its inconvenient to wait until you are the legal age to get intoxicated and do it at home, if you know its illegal or even going to get the police's attention, you shouldn't do it.
