Uh, he tried to do all that. Did you not watch the video? He took the beer and the weed, then called her dad to come pick her up since he can't just let her drive home high and drunk. He found 3 girls passed out in the parking lot, and smelled booze and weed. So he asked to search and she gave consent. yes the girl was belligerent and obnoxious but it shouldn't affect your judgement of the situation. it doesn't seem like she was intoxicated or DUI herself, as the cop arrested her for disorderly conduct and assaulting a police officer(brb freaked out 18 y/o 90 pound girl flailing around = assaulting a leo). for all you know she was the DD for the passed out chicks in the back

it's a shame, if the sloot had any foresight or calm she'd just say we're fine and roll up the window and ignore the officer instead of getting belligerent for no reason. this'll be a lesson for her to conduct herself with calm demeanor in the future though, so whatever

it took 4 minutes of the officers knocking on the windows before they had any response. the driver was not "awake" .
he gave her a chance for an hour, then she went and tried to snatch the confiscated contraband back before the officer decided to arrest her. he confiscated mj, booze, and a bong they found on her, and called her dad to pick her up. then she went full retard and that's when he made the arrest. it doesn't matter how weak or small she is, assault is assault.

she was not the DD because the officer told the other friends they were free to go... straight up imagining scenarios to fit your own stupid viewpoint.

everytime i think i find a new world record for the lowest iq miscer another one pops up

I once swore at a cop and started yelling at them,I was really drunk and I had got into some **** with a girl earlier. While I was yelling at one in the car. The other one had got out without me knowing I was that drunk came up behind me and took me down smashed my face into the concrete and put his knee on my back. My friend,who was from this rough part of town, had more sense than me and apologised for me, told them he would basically take responsibility for me. Apparently one of the cops said 'still think you are hard', I said no while spluttering blood out of my mouth. And he let me up, then got in the car they drove off. Never did I swear at another cop in my life.

Guess you didn't watch the video then since you can see she was passed out in the driver seat. He literally says he just came from another scene where people were arrested for underage drinking and drugs, and she says she was there so he followed up on it. She had a bong and open bottles in the car, I don't know why you think it is strange that he would have smelled them. He can't just leave someone who is very likely intoxicated in a running vehicle.

She is not a minor, he had no obligation to even call a ride for her. If he wanted he could have arrested all 3 of them the second he found a bong or beer bottle in the car, but he didn't. He was gonna let them all slide till she became belligerent. Girl or not, if you kick someone that is assault. You don't get a pass to beat on someone just because you are smaller than them or female.

Knew a chick from college that assaulted multiple officers and tried to kick out the windows when she was put in the backseat. Threw a brick at them as well. Hammered drunk and had weed on her. Got a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. One of her roommates got the transcripts of what was said. If any guy pulled that **** they would at minimum done jail time and possibly taken a few bullets.

He found weed and booze inside the car. They were in her possession. Period. He didn't "have nothing on the driver". All three of them could have been arrested simply for having those in the car. He didn't, and tried to give them a chance. Even after the one girl became belligerent, he STILL let the other two go without charges, and STILL didn't charge her with possession. And yet somehow you still think he is the bad guy here lol

He presumably didn't give her a DUI because he didn't see her operate the vehicle. That still doesn't mean he is then going to let her get into her car and drive off and potentially kill someone.
