The only thing Floyd cares about more than money, is his unblemished record. He'd need way more than 100 million to take an L.

What will be hilarious is Conor retiring after cashing his check and leaving uncle Dana high and dry (the guy who used his billion dollar hype machine to create him). At most he comes back for one more pay day to finish the Diaz trilogy but I doubt it. Then all the ConorStans new to mma will have no one to cheer for and lose interest in a sport they didnt care about in the first place.

Oh Conor is gonna land some shots, I actually can't tell sometimes if people are intentionally exaggerating or not when they say people can't land on Mayweather, but Conor will land. But to think he'll land shots good enough to rock Mayweather, knock him down, or even knock him out is laughable.

Plus, even if Conor does land big shots, Mayweather DOES have a chin, and his recovery time from being hurt is phenomenal.

Always lol when people say this dumb chit. No such thing as a "southpaw advantage". The stance is literally parallel, and the steps to counter a parallel fighter are literally equivalent, whether you're a southpaw or orthodox. Also, Mayweather has to sacrifice some of his defensive fundamentals against a southpaw like the shoulder roll, but he also lights southpaws up even harder than he does orthodox fighters. Against orthodox he leads with the weaker left, but against southpaws he leads with the right repeatedly, and they get lit up pretty bad. It's basically sacrificing some defense for a stronger offense, there is no struggle, just a ratio change.

I understand he's the inferior boxer and will certainly fall behind in points, but I don't see how a young & durable mma fighter will get knocked out anytime before 4 or 5 rounds with 8-10oz gloves on.

This is the fallacy. The lighter gloves will make you get cut more easily, but while there is obviously some difference in ko potential with lighter/heavier gloves, it isn't so much where he is incapable of getting knocked out. He gets tagged with sloppy, slow shots from MMA guys all the time. Getting rocked with even heavy 16oz gloves (they're not soft) by a precision puncher is going to rattle your brain. Mayweather just has to be more accurate with his shots, but McGregor will either get knocked out, or TKO from overwhelming cuts and eye swelling with 10oz gloves.

Edit: I think Mayweather will stop him by round 5 or 6
