Haven't been to the gym in over 4 months and drink 3-4x weekly and still look better than 95% of people

That's what getting a amazing base in my teenage years gets me I guess

How old are you? I ate like garbage and drank constantly till my mid/late 20s till I started falling apart. Age plays the largest role.

Been on the booze train myself for the last few weeks. Diet hasn't been too bad but is nowhere near "strict". Not single digit bf anymore but my abs are hanging on. I think deadhead is right, the hard part is getting there. Maintaining a good physique just means you can't go full retard too often.
