Yeah and friends I have around my age now I find are getting low energy, it's harder to coordinate and do things.

I'm sort of venting though because my buddy wanted to hang out much later tonight because he just wanted to chill and smoke weed tonight lol.

Sorry it happened brah, NC and on to the next one.
Yea I had that notion residing in the back of my mind for the whole time we were together, but it was only brought to the forefront in the past 2 weeks.

On a slightly different note - does anyone else's fear factor or 'don't give a fuk' attitude go up after dealing with some difficult chit?
I was shopping in TK Maxx (think you yanks call it TJ) when this hot-as-balls, socialite lookin' princess was hovering around the clothes rack, so I moved closer and made a comment that she was stunning, then small talk ensued and I proceeded to get her number.
This happened 24 hours after I got dumped, and i didn't find it too much of a struggle... i seem to temporarily "re-calibrate" when I'm dealing with some heavy chit.

But after texting this lass, it's come to light that she's only 19, has a tattoo lined up for next week, and is jetting off to Ibiza soon after... I'm turning 32 next week, look like a school teacher, and have never been to a house party, let alone a wild party holiday.

Bang her before she leaves (srs)

You won't hear from her again once she takes off so this is your shot.

I agree with you with the 'dont give a fuk' attitude. I notice I have this when I came home from deployment to warzones. NOTHING phased me. I felt like I could talk to anyone, do anything, go anywhere, etc. After 5-6 trips to the hospital and doctors telling me I was going to die if I kept doing crazy ****, it sort of knocked me back to reality. On a smaller scale, I always get this when I get slapped across the face with something like getting dumped or just random dumb **** that pops up. I was in a 'dont give a fuk' attitude a couple days ago. I have 3 jobs, one of my bosses decided to fck with me like she always does by screwing my schedule up. I quit on the spot (srs). It's a refreshing feeling, wish I had that all the time.

Actually met this assistant principal from San Diego that is visiting Austin this weekend.

My buddy was telling me I should be more overt with my approaches with women and show intent and interest more. I complimented this woman twice on the dress she was wearing and she was telling me she was self conscious. Long story short she said she was leaving Sunday and the were going to check out somewhere else now. She said "you should get my number" and I did just that.

Easier than what I usually do, approach a woman and try to talk talk talk to her for 30-45 minutes with light banter and not show that I am attracted to them or interested in them other than talking to them.

Also no glasses for me and dressing well = women approaching me.

In other news, US_Ranger would like this, I went to a kickboxing class the other night. I'm getting the itch to get back into it...but I need to continue my job search before I go in that direction.

Really dude? You try to talk to women you meet for 30-45 minutes that you just met? Idk if that's an exaggeration but what will happen if the woman has other stuff to do? And I try not to show I'm interested or attracted to them also, just talking to them and asking questions and banter is enough for them to realize. Actions speak louder than words.

Bruh, 45 minutes talking to some random chick? Lmao. Whatever works I guess, no way I'd ever make small talk that long with a chick. You can usually gauge their interest in the first 30 seconds.

After I broke my nose 3 times last year, I took a break from MMA and started doing yoga. I have the itch to get back in it too. It's been like 6 months since I strapped on some gloves. Fuark dude, now I need to go look at what's around here.

If you're going out with people, might as well.

If not, ehhh. Going out alone to bars fukkin sucks IME. I get that video games are just a timekill when you have nothing better to do, but I'd srsly rather play them than just stand around and hold a $6 beer.

Personally, I was thinking about slating a Doom 4 marathon for tonight. Got to go for a run and grind on dat dere grad school prep first, but after that, it's rot time. Played it for like 5 hours straight last Friday and it was the most fun I've had in a while.

Was watching the video and thinking the same thing.

They mentioned something about a force field on the edge of the map. If that keeps narrowing as the game goes on, I could see that forcing movement. Otherwise it's just going to be 50 sniper brahs camping and shooting anyone that breaks cover.

I totally agree with you. The last time I moved out I realized how tough it is to be single. My female friends were all married with small children, so I was eating meals alone and the feeling of loneliness really hit hard. I set up times to get together with them for dinner, but many times they canceled as kids were sick, etc. And I'm an only child. My landlord complained that I had too many different men coming over, but I think a lot of that was just sheer loneliness being alone 3-4 nights a week and just wanting some adult interaction.

Today I did:

- 45 minutes of hip hop class
- 30 minutes back
- 30 minutes ballet stretching

I lifted 4x this week so far. It's nice to get back into it after that horrible neck injury.

What about social events like volleyball?

There is one guy I know IRL who really went out of his way to socialize with women with Meetup hiking groups, tennis and volleyball league and salsa dancing classes. He ended up with a very nice, attractive and successful girlfriend.

I am so jealous! I worked from home for 7 years but then Silicon Valley shifted to not allowing people to work from home, so now I have to spend 3-4 hours a day commuting. When I had my neck injury I worked from home for a few days, but was written up and told I have to be in the office 9am to 5pm.

How does your management feel comfortable with this?

I believe it started when Yahoo noticed that very few employees were actually logged in via VPN, so then other companies started following that. Now they feel that everyone has to be in the office to "collaborate" and have management ensure that we are working and not Miscing, lol.

It was ok. A former co workers wife kept bumping into me and tried to introduce me to her niece, and her friends. They werent even caring to have friendly convo. Naturally the obese white girl of the group was kind of talkative. She had to clock in around 220+ at like 5'7

A force fields shrinks around a map area and forces players to move

So I had ballooned up to 250lbs. Sitting at a solid 227 right now. Calories have been at 1500-1800 per day with lifting, and basic cardio. Oddly enough I'm not that hungry. Definitely a believer that eating sugar causes you to be hungry randomly. Dat insulin release is no joke.

The goal is to be 175-180lbs.

Tomorrow Im off. No major plans other than the gym, clean up the room/bathroom, clean some guns and binge watch some anime.

Nah, it's just that I got kind of fat and don't like it. Some of my pants don't fit any more, I got dat dere gut starting to stick out, it's just not good. When your "playing weight" is in the low 140s, 10 extra pounds goes a long ways.

I mean, it's far from the end of the world, but seeing 90% of the people in my office get fat as ****, and living dat dere sedentary life style for a few months, I can definitely see how 10 pounds could turn into 20 really quick, then it piles on from there, and before you know it, you're a fat old white person by your early 30s. I'm trying to nip that in the bud.

This thread has me so depressed. I read some of it and decided to eat a third piece of pizza (very last piece I have from the Dominoes 50% deal). I reheated it in a pan with lid (this is the best way to reheat pizza), took @20min. Plated it, seasoned with some crushed peppers. Thought about it. And threw it in the trash, being sure to smash it till it was inedible by some drunk fuk that might be pheening for pizza later.

I'm seriously thinking about making a YouTube video about it. In short. The series is terrible. Story? Terrible. Animation? Terrible. Fight Choregraphy? Horrid.

The goal is to be 175-180lbs.

Tomorrow Im off. No major plans other than the gym, clean up the room/bathroom, clean some guns and binge watch some anime.
That's low for a guy your size. How can you ensure you don't lose lean muscle?

My ED nutritionist had me at a minimum of 1800 a day without exercise, and more for exercise. That caused me to gain.

How tall are you?

That isn't low at all. I also don't really care if I lose and "lean muscle". Your nutritionist is an idiot lol. At 6ft 180lbs at 12-15% body fat is golden. Also Im able to run longer, harder, and further when Im at lower weights.

I think it is easy being single. Idk if being with a girl is good or not for me it is scary. I am going to give it 100% effort though to see how things work and if this life is for me or not.
