Theres so many others but it can't be Oberyn

Lots of characters died but the way he died from cockiness was so embarrassing. Because he was a victim of his ego, its even more foolish than a common death. He paid such an embarrassing gruesome price in front of his woman even though they were convinced they would win. There is no coming back from that. And the gayness. The insecurity? What was he trying to prove? The fool lost his life being a try hard ******* and the real world cucked him.

You act like the Mountain was in someway skilled. Brah was swinging around his greatsword slow and clumsily like an idiot, and Viper still struggled a good amount as evidenced by him getting floored twice and having his spear broken. Jaime would have him beat through straight up speed and skill, and he wouldn't need a spear/length advantage or poison to do it. Plus, Ned was a much better fighter in the show than the book for some reason. They buffed the fuk out of him, which I'm cool with (not that he was winning that fight at the time; Jaime was having fun and trying to take him alive, Ned was going for the kill).

Just because Oberyn could beat the mountain using agility doesn't mean he would be just as good against a non-tank hero.

In a way that was part of the mountains his way of winning, lulling his more agile opponent into a place where he could finally get his hands on him using his durability as an asset to offset the agility. Then he also transformed and became even more durable. So he didnt really lose he powered up.

Young Robert is my number1- not only was he a great fighter, who crushed Raegar, but he managed to unite the houses under him and crush the Targaryans

Bronn is also great pick due to being a great fighter with a charismatic personality
Jaquen Haggar is a freaking monster and should be considered here as well

Garlan Tyrell, who only appeared in the books so far might actually be the best swordsman in Westeros
There Darkstar must be a reason why people call Gerold Dayne aka the Dasrkstar the "most dangerous man in Dorne"


Guys, who I think should be out:
Tywin is a truly intimidating and alpha leader, but I doubt he was ever more than an average swordsman
Khal Drogo since he could only stand his own against a Westerosi knight if he used mounted archery and his "alphaness" just caused him to die from an infection
Arthur Dayne since I believe his skill was mostly based on his magic sword

Stannis was only a year younger than Robert. So the alphaness of Robert left something for Stannis to strive for. No, 3rd most alpha though.

Tywin Lannister = Alpha #1, banged whoever he wanted, sent the king to bed without his supper, slammed his sons whore just for giggles, most powerful man in westeros. Even "controlled" Alpha #2.

The Mountain Gregor Clegane = Alpha #2, banged and pillaged his way across the entire country, most feared fighter for good reason, killed alpha #3, even death couldn't stop him, now bangs cersei with his giant zombie cock; true story, and even though it's not part of the story he gets extra alpha points for being played by Thor.

Oberyn = Alpha #3

Cersei/Robb Stark = Alpha #4 tied, but Cersei won.

Khaleesi = Alpha #5(for now)

Honorable Mentions: Craster, Ser Alastair, and Stannis Baratheon. All died like bitches but lived like badasses.
