Fronts squats are my go to for quads. Landmine squats are great for the quads, hamms and glutes. It's my fav type of squat when I want to hit all 3.

Womanl33t is short and there's not much space to fill. Your bodytype is completely different so you can't compare the 2.

Ya I'm not comparing cause I know my butt will never be that size. Even if I could grow mine to almost that size it would be all muscle.
