Eye color only complements facial features. You can look like rosie odonell and have blue or brown eyes but at the end of the day, you still look like rosie odonell, eye color made zero difference.

I have blue eyes and in a country where blue eyes are plentiful (Germany), nobody gives as ****.
On the other hand, being a brunette is novelty.

I did notice going to meditteranean countries (Greece, etc) and even USA, some girls initiating conversation with me like "Ohhhh, you are so tall and you have such blue eyes". I was a bit taken aback. The world is a funny place...unattractive/uninteresting in one place, attractive in another.
