It is, and their real estate market reflects the growth. I attended an event a couple months ago at Ascend for the first time. Amazing venue I must say. Not a bad spot on the whole property.

I've been hearing that too lately. It's honestly bizarre. The amount of high rises in midtown and Germantown that weren't here 4 years ago is ridiculous. Before I moved here, two months ago, I would visit every 4 months ish. Always asking myself, "Was that building here last time?"
