I usually go for 2 sprays and never more. People tell me they can smell me from like 10 feet away lol. With 7 sprays I would probably choke everyone in the room hah.

Whhooo lardy this stuff is strong. Two sprays center chest at 5:50 this morning and it's STILL kicking serious ass and projecting like a mofo 10 hours later.

I feel like it got stronger since I put it away in March when spring rolled around? I don't remember it being this powerful

I love "The One" but I only have the EDT. I'm guessing the EDP isn't much different aside from the longevity, idk? It's a good buy.


To all DIOR Sauvage peeps: What's the usual/average price for a 6.8 oz bottle? I was planning on buying one on ebay for $115. Is there any cheaper or is that a very good price?

One of my favorite fragrances. I absolutely love the scent. Unfortunately it does not project very well or have good sillage so it's more of a 'close encounter' type fragrance. Good for dates and such!

Lurker here that has been in and out of the cologne game for awhile now. Just recently got back into it and picked up a full bottle of TF Tobacco Vanille, and a bunch of decants off basenotes.

Does anyone know where would be the best place I can get a older bottle of YSL La Nuit for a reasonable price? Preferably 2009-2011 batch.

I also do have a 98% full bottle of By Kilian Apple Brandy that I am looking to sell if anyone is interested.

I doubt you will find it for a "reasobable price" on there. ANyone who has it knows what they have and will inflate the price, especially for a 2009 bottle. I think Coolcicada had a few bottles a while back, he may be convinced to let one go.

Sorry, my price is high too. Best place is to check all your local stores. This is the only chance you have to get one at retail.

I'm actually loving La Nuit now. It's pretty much the one I reach for the most these days to wear out.

What is "reasonable price" to you, may be cheap to others. Can you be specific?

There is a guy in the fragrance guru nation FB group selling a 100ml gift set of 2011 La Nuit including aftershave and deodarant for $165 shipped.

What's everyone's thoughts on Tom Ford's new Oud Minerale? It's an interesting dry Oud with whiffs of sea salt. Not a particularly loud fragrance but not motivating enough to buy or wear.

Btw, Nordstorm's seems to have AE Strands and Park? Avenue for $305CAD as part of their anniversary sale.. IIRC, this is a good price, no?

I havent tried Oud Mineral yet, but it doesn't sound like it will be anything up my alley.

yea $244 USD is a pretty good price for firsts. That being said, you can get seconds from the shoe bank for cheaper than that (about $200). They seconds are usually in pretty good condition.
