You don't have a big dick if it's 2 inches soft, even if it triples in size(which is unlikely) you would still only be a little above average.

Mine's 4-4.5 soft and 7 3/4 hard, less than doubled, and I'm still not "big" just well above average.

Leto is probably packing 6-7 soft and nearly 12 hard, based on that gif and a couple of pics, plenty of dudes have that length in porn so it's not unrealistic.
