Nah. I know my meals well enough when bulking and cutting to not really need to.

When I'm on a cut I'm a bit more strict though. Going to be time for another one soon, so I can show off the abwork I've been doing.

If you have the money to and they can do it. I have a weird prescription and I'm pretty sure I can't get it done.

Should I wear my glasses? I'm used to not wearing them so poor vision isn't much of an issue. I just have a hard time reading stuff far away
