yeh for a while iw as doing 5xweek in a row for like 8 months, brbr cns shot, cant sleep, tired as fawk all the time, started losing strength, started taking a week off after quarter, eventually just went down to 4x a week with a 2 days in a row. a lot better.

Honestly actual bicycling in my experience really helped with recovery. I was riding for a few hours a day and lifting every morning and recovering fine because my caloric intake was huge. Felt great. The other bicycling I wouldn't recommend unless you wanna compete but it does that better than anything

at my old gym when iwas in gym they didnt have plates but like weights on a stack, kinda like for lat pulldowns. racked it with a 20kg db on top hnnnggghhhhh used to strong as fawk

do you go knees to chest on leg press? how to keep your feet placed flat on the plate when going all the way down? i always end up on my toes

Yes, but it depends where you place them - high on the sled = more ham emphasis and low = more quad emphasis.

Work on flexibility if you end up on your toes. Also, there's no need to try and go too deep. Legs should form right angles and you're good.

Yeah. I've done it (not tuna but I've re-used a bowl). Nothing wrong with that as long as the food doesn't react.

Yes, but it depends where you place them - high on the sled = more ham emphasis and low = more quad emphasis.

Work on flexibility if you end up on your toes. Also, there's no need to try and go too deep. Legs should form right angles and you're good.

yes I keep my feet a bit further up so when I come down they have better leverage and it's not awkward

well i dont know the details, cos no one likes talking about it, but it was one of those where the cord was wrapped around the neck and the oxygen was cut off, so i had to be taken out via ceaserian and opened up and resuscitated and on life support. in and out of hospital for first 18 months of being born ive been told. probably why i cant remember jack chit until like maybe 4 or 5 years old.
