If they wanna be a tranny that's fine, but it doesn't change the fact that they're just a bunch mentally ill crossdressers with mutilated genitals.

I'll never accept them as the gender they are trying to portray because I don't believe in fairy tales

Why? Afraid you might bang one?

Lmao, strong insecurity; if a tranny is good enough to fool you and actually looks like a girl it's essentially banging a girl, and if you get fooled by a manly one I got some news brah, you gay.

Cosmetic surgery is an American norm, if you made that illegal you'd also have to get rid of boobs jobs, nose jobs, calf inserts, and hair implants. Do you want to get rid of those too?

BRB men and women brains are biologically identical, there is no such thing as masculine and feminine, gender is a social construct

BRB it's possible to be born in a male body with a female brain

Being transgendered by itself is not a mental disorder.
Gender dysphoria IS a mental disorder.
Not all people who are transgendered meet diagnostic criteria for gender dysphoria.

The end.

It IS possible though of course extremely rare. XX and XY chromo****l patterns tend to promote separate and distinct hormonal cascades at critical periods throughout development (e.g., in utero, during puberty, etc.). However, itispossible to have an XX chromo****l pattern but then "accidentally" (for lack of a better word) have the male hormonal cascade triggered in utero thus equipping a "masculine" brain.

Refer to any neuroendocrinology textbook. The mechanisms for this are quite well-understood.
All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone.

I asked you a question in the other thread that you might have missed brah. How can somebody being transgendereditselfnot be considered a mental illness?

Somebody that is objectively male, with XY chromosomes, believing they are female (when they biologically are not) is downright insane. How could they be considered mentally stable, especially when around half of them attempt suicide?

I think we should have drawn the line before gays. We had it right as a mental illness the first time.

Face it, gay is still completely abnormal by the very definition. It is also a disability/impairment to your life in the sense if you wanted to procreate you would be unable. It meets all criteria to be a mental illness to be completely honest.

Don't even get me started on trans

in b4 strong username to post correlation. Deal with it *******s

So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

The very post you quoted indicates those reasons. There are very clear biological mechanisms for how sex and gender can diverge. While genes influence the biological cascade that takes place during critical periods in sexual development, there can be divergent events. E.g., if estrogen is not converted to testosterone via aromatoseat a very critical window in utero, then it's perfectly conceivable that an animal born with male genes can have a female brain per biological/hormonal underpinnings.

Why is it insane? Again: if there are biological explanations, and if the condition does notintrinsicallyresult in problems, then what's the disorder? That there is anassociationis insufficient for a disorder. That there are a sufficiently large subset of trans individuals who donothave the problematic outcomes you describe contradicts the notion of a disorder.

I may have said this in another thread, but it'd be as though a large portion of individuals diagnosed with MDD don't experience depression. If that's the case, then your "MDD" diagnostic construct is not particularly valid/reliable. Similarly, that there is a large portion of transgendered individuals who do not experience this intense psychological turmoil and subsequent difficulty functioning indicates that simply being transgenderedby itselfis not a disorder.

Sorry but thinking you should be a woman when you are a man is definitely mental distress and is problematic.

This is like arguing depression isn't intrinsically problematic. It's the mental state that is the problem buddy. If you're a man and think you should be a woman your mental state is f*cked. You have a problem. Intrinsically

guess i should've read the second part lol. interdasting

not sure how you can differentiate between gender dysphoria and this so called intrinsic transgenderism though

edit; just read more of your next post. so you're saying the only way to tell is if the person has psychological turmoil associated with their identity feelings? i mean what person experiencing these things, natural or not, wouldn'tbe conflicted in some way? how is this an effective way to group them?

personally, i'm sure the stigma attached to it alone would be enough to make me depressed even if there wasn't something mentally wrong with me in the first place.

Have nothing against gays/trans bc I can't speak on something I have no perspective of. I don't believe it's a choice bc I can't remember anytime in my life where I made a conscious decision to "like" women, I just do.

This....

I was talking to a gay dude at work who was once on a soapbox singing a heroic song for Bruce Jenner. I asked "So the whole transgender, 'I'm a woman, call me Lisa because I identify as a woman, and want to go in the ladies room' thing is acceptable right? Then why can't I, as a black man, bleach my skin, have excessive work done to my face, perm my hair, dye it blonde, put in blue contacts, and start demanding everyone refer to me as 'Musketeer Brah the White Man' all while I start checking 'Caucasian' on all of my forms?" He said "That's not the same." Aight.

This is just how you feel about the situation; it's not reflective of anything particularly rational or scientifically-driven. Passing it off as though you're being objective here is just dishonest.

Interracial marriage was once intrinsically problematic, and being a man drawn to a woman of a different ethnicity indicated one's mental state was f*cked. You're arguing from a position of culture and passing it off as though the biology behind it reflects the cultural values.

I get the slippery slope argument, but why draw the line at something that's ok just to avoid something that's not ok later? Why can't we just draw the line at the thing that's not ok?

should have drawn the line at accepting sexually related flamboyancy regardless of sexual orientation. If two dudes want to bang so be it how does this have anything to do with loving/wanting to fuk a person of the same gender?

Along with trans folks, if they want to dress and act not their gender let them but if you have a dik and you try to go into a womens bathroom you should be punished to the full extent of the law as a sexual predator would. Same with women I suppose, although if a hot chick wants to come shake me off after I take a leak I could probably be ok with that.

This is a false equivalence. There arenoknown biochemical mechanisms that could possibly account for such a thing. Conversely, the very biochemical mechanisms that do account for transgendered individuals are thoroughly understood.

You're comparing something with no biological basis to something with a well known biological basis.

It's pretty obvious that lesbians have more testosterone than the typical woman. It fuels their attraction to other women and also makes them better athletes. Women's tennis and basketball are filled with lesbians. Even the LPGA has a bunch of them.

We all start off in the womb as blank slates for the first few weeks until the male hormones kick in that make us male. It stands to reason that some women get a higher dose of those male hormones in the womb than they should just due to random variations/mutations in the genes that control this process and that's the difference between women who are only attracted to men and women who are also attracted to other women.

You're comparing something with no biological basis to something with a well known biological basis.
The biological mechanisms behind paranoid schizophrenia are also well understood.

It's still a mental illness and paranoid schizophrenics still can't serve (rightfully so).

What biological basis does somebody who hasXY chromosomeshave to justify the belief that they arebiologicallyfemale, despite them beinggeneticallymale?

It's a mental disorder because itconsistentlyresults in distress and problems in functioning that aredirectly attributableto the cluster of symptoms identified as "schizophrenia." If, say, 50% of people with schizophrenia did not have distress or problems with daily functioning in society, then schizophrenia wouldn't be a mental disorder. Period.

Only when there is evidence showing that it is the construct of transgenderism, notthe social treatment/rejection or some other attached distress (e.g., accompanying MDD), then you cannot declare transgenderism as being disordered in itself. It is, by itself, not sufficient.

Have you read any of my posts? This would literally be the third time I've addressed this exact thing. If, for example, there is a biological occurrence where aromatase does not convert estrogen to testosterone in utero, which istypicallywhat happens with the XY chromo****l pattern, then the CNS (i.e., brain) can develop in a way where hormonal regulation mimics that of a woman rather than a man.

Per CNS development, we all start out female; that is the default. If the masculinizing hormones don't take root to deter developmentawayfrom female andtowardsmale, then you could have XY chromosomes coupled with a "female" brain. Hormonally speaking.
All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone.

Your biological sex is the same as your genetic sex
Transgenders feel as though their gender identity is different from their assigned sex
