So like a lean bulk. Why would you think I'll end up being small though, i stuffed my face all this while so i can cut for good and maintain that at 190lbs looking solid. **** like this is what keeps me up at night

Just do a video, but first learn a proper lat spread. Takes some practice actually. In the gif I posted I wasn't even pumped, just did a proper bodybuilding lat spread.
