1) milk is loaded with sugar, and sugar is ****
2) a very large % of the population is lactose intolerent
3) a large percentege is also allergic to milk(intolerence and allergy are 2 separate things)
4) there are much better alternatives
5) wasted calories on non satiating liquid
6) our bodies were not designed to process and digest milk beyond infancy
7) it is way way over processed

This is coming from a meat eating 260lb bodybuilder who grew up drinking half a gallon a day. Milk is complete **** and I will never drink it again. I love almond milk though and think the unsweetened vanilla tastes better than milk and is loaded with vitamin D and other nutrients and only 30 calories a serving.

People watched what the health, now everyone is an expert even tho there's copious sources which have consolidated every bit of scientific paperwork disputing every point in that documentary.

I even have someone on my fb that after watching it is claiming that our food changes our genes. I asked for proof, none was provided, because it doesn't exist.

You drink beer? If so that shatters half your points and you're a hypocrite. Saying half that stupid drivel better mean you never touch a drop of alcohol.

Don't drink alcohol? Good for you but you're still a science illiterate who is stuck in the 80s.

Your son will be a skinny growth-stunted pussy. You know why all the farm boys are big as hell? Milk.

IGF-1 in milk can to a degree transfer into human serum levels. Studies have shown this.

If you are lactose intolerant to any degree, you should try out Ripple. It's available at Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Target. It's made from plant protein, tastes like creamier almond milk, but is much more nutritious(8 oz = 8 grams of protein and 5 grams of healthy fats, I think it's sunflower oil).

Yeah bro manual labor works well for people in Africa

It's definitely nothing to do with organic whole milk that's empirically been proven to increase IGF-1, which is what HGH essentially turns into

Definitely not

1) everything is organic, labeling something organic does not mean ****. Literally go look up the term organic, also look up what milk has to have to be labeled as "organic" if you want to do further research, go check out what the actual differences are between "organic" milk and other milk, it really is no different than everything I listed.

2) no I dont, I consume my fats from avocados, coconut oil, nuts, and fish. I get my calcium from supplements and veggies(over 200% from whole foods still).

No, I only drink water, almond milk, and coffee. Literally thats it. I am also curious if you can elaborate how I am science illitierate or stuck in the 80s as milk was being pushed hard all the way up until the mid 2000's when people starterd becoming much more aware of the negative effects and more research(science based) came about.

Every human is lactose intolerant to some degree. If you don't agree, do GOMAD and see exactly how fukked your digestive tract becomes. Not to mention having cheese or cream with a meal once a day is a lot different than slamming straight milk all day.

You've clearly never tried organic milk, it's legit better than the alternative Also lol at "everything is organic", I'm not against GMO's but there are some things that are just better organic, milk is one of them.

If you're still afraid then try milk from a local farm.

Also you're a liar, you DO eat cheese and cream:

Second was with my parents and GF at a mexican restaurant where I ate tons of chips and salsa, 2 fish tacos plus the sides of beans and mashed potatoes, a chocolate brownie with ice cream, nuts, and caramel, immediately followed by seeing a movie and eating 1 king size candy bar, 1 normal candy bar, 1 cookie, and a small bag of candied popcorn.
Last one was a brunch buffet the next day at work which was free to people in my line of work, it had the BEST cooked eggs ever, I am talkuing creamy, cooked perfectly where they are just slightly liquidy still but cooked enough, no hard or crusty parts, and they didnt even add cream, the chef said they have a special whisker and they whisk them for like 5 minutes. Ate like 10 whole eggs, 4 sausage patties, 4 pieces of bacon, and 6 whole pancakes with sugar free syrup, 2 home made muffins, and 1 home made cinnamon roll.

My weight in the past 10 days literally went from like 211 on comp day, to 235 the day after the comp, eventually hitting 245 a couple days ago, then last night it was 239, and today after breakfast and post workout it has steadily been at 232.
Goal is to hit 265 with a solid 6 pack by the end of the year then spent january - may show prepping for nationals.

I will say that I'm not against milk, but if it helps avoid acne and chitty, oily skin, it may be worth it to reduce the potential for it.

drank half a gallon plus for years. I'm the least lactose intolerant person I know. Love the stuff.

Stopped completely drinking milk a year ago. Skin is better, acne better, digestion better. Cow's milk, even organic, is simply not great for your skin and digestive tract. Only drink water and alcohol now. Occasionally some other dairy products like cheese. Milk is simply easy to remove from my diet without losing much enjoyment, unlike beer and cheese.
