No you're not

If you're guessing how many calories you're eating and the weight isn't dropping off you then you are eating at least at maintenance

You need to cut ..drastically

No you aren't cardio-queen

Not without a decent progressive resistance programme

I will assume adequate protein intake cos you seemingly eat everything

Yea i dont care about that.

What do you squat, deadlift, bench, ohp and row.

Any numbers for any variation of those is acceptable so long as you state what variation you do.

breh, i lost about 35 lbs from January, then i started to eat carbs again and started doggcrapp training and daily cardio. i have not gained any weight in a month, but i am obviously more muscular. thus a recompostion. it either makes sense or not.

So you arent weak overall but you are far from strong.

Considering your weight you are weak.

HS = hammer strength breh.

i do flat and incline hammer strength bench on the other days, flat (a 45, 35, and 5) for 23 triple rest pause, and incline (a 45, 25 and 5) for 27 triple rest pause. i have a log book. all weights have increased tremendously thus far, thus muscle gain is present.
