If you're guessing how many calories you're eating and the weight isn't dropping off you then you are eating at least at maintenance

i do flat and incline hammer strength bench on the other days, flat (a 45, 35, and 5) for 23 triple rest pause, and incline (a 45, 25 and 5) for 27 triple rest pause. i have a log book. all weights have increased tremendously thus far, thus muscle gain is present.
