I'm not sure if I just grew up in the wrong area, but 100% of the guys I grew up with are sad middle aged guys who just are not attractive at all... Not sure what happened. I remember thinking they were so attractive back in the day.

Did you get better with age or do you feel like there was a time when you were happier with your aesthetics?

Facially I've matured but my physique was best around 23-24. Once I cut down to single digits again I will no doubt look better. I feel like my face hasn't fully matured still. My family seems to age really slowly. Dad didn't peak til his mid 30s

Are you happy with how you're aging?

It was pretty quiet. Hung out with a friend a bit on friday night, studied and played games with friends on sat and sun. Solid gym session on both nights so I'm happy about that

Is it weird to cold approach a girl at the gym if she's there with another girl and they both seem pretty relaxed? Didn't head headphones in or look super intense or anything that screams "leave me alone"

I never do. If I catch her eyeing me or we're in the same area and neither of us have headphones and she seems open to conversation maybe but I generally don hit up girls at the gym. I don't like to chit where I eat.

Ever hang out with some gym friends outside of the gym?

What GREAT genetics to be slow age-ers.

I have to say for the most part I am. But not without assist. I look like I'm around 30. When I look at my other female friends, I realize Im doing OK. take good care of my skin, touch of botox, just got a touch of filler, and I use sunscreen on my face routinely now. And my weight is the same as my avi despite a few years and some crazy thyroid and autoimmune issues.

Such wise advice...

Used to, but my new gym in new area is just not the same... Old gym I did but Id gone there for 6 years and made great friends. Cool group of people. new gym.... I think I may have pissed off the queen B at my new gym. odd trainer lady- first time I saw her she was the stereotypical awful trainer with a stop watch and a whistle around her neck and i may have laughed with the BF because it was pretty lame. From that day forward she mean mugs me on the regular and acts super weird. And I've heard her say some interesting things about me when she didnt realize I was in hearing distance. I apparently stir her up just existing. I luv it! I don't start stuff wth people but the fact that two years ago my BF and I gave each other funny looks and laughed is a serious grudge to hold.

lol yeah I know the type.

Really no. I'm really personable and pretty well liked. Give people advice and such. I did rustle one guy though when he was telling me he was 6% bf when at the time I was actually 6% I said nah man, this is what 6% looks like and lifted my shirt and explained it. Then said your about 11% didn't mean it as an insult because the kid looked great but he didn't really get it. I explained It to him later and and patched things up though and were actually really good friends now.

How good are you at defusing negative situations?

I worked for Ritz Carlton for a while and went through their customer service training and then when I was a charge nurse I enjoyed taking an angry family and bringing them down and helping to build confidence in the care their getting.

Nah I work face to face in sales where I go to people's houses and meet for a few hours. I sell HVAC like furnaces and ACs. I do post from mobile though.

Edit: mobility as in stretching: yes sometimes but not as much as I should. I'm actually really flexible as is DJ it's never been much of a priority.

What do you do for work?

Don't take rejection personally and keep a positive mindset. As long as you can compartmentalize and move on to the next one without letting the last one effect you you should be fine: View it as sort of a game and not don't discouraged you Make progress. Just find out what others are doing and apply it to yourself and be a student of your craft. It's all knowing how to handle situations as they come and maintaining control.

Not at all tbh. I love them obviously But we have very different viewpoints on almost everything so it's hard to relate to them on a personal level.no wife or kids yet so if that ever becomes a thing I hope I can do some things differently.

Right now. For the time I put in I can't complain at all. I make more per hour than all of my friends and even my dad. Downside is the hours are pretty low so I'm not exactly balling.

When do you plan to retire?

im already kind of semi retired, but i dont think i will ever completely retire because whenever i need more income a month, i hit the phones and start doing the rounds to the slaughterhouses/farmers/butchers and see if i can do more business. with my business moving in to europe through a proxy, i really dont know how im going to expand further in to europe. in all honesty i will probably pile up money from europe for 3-6 months before my proxy just doesnt need my connects anymore and does it himself with cutting me out, meaning i probbaly will never completely retire. its passive income mayne, why stop?

That's seriously the ideal lifestyle tbh. I wouldn't quit either.

Nah I don't really follow any sports. If I started betting like you do I definitely would but as far as just a past time sports in general have never really done much for me.

Never anything official but a lot of fixed fights and horse races etc that I know a lot of people have lost money on which is why I never bothered.

only if i had no income, no house, no nothing and it was my last 10k

when i first started sports betting legally i used to get lets say £100 from some one who wanted £250 in seven days or his money back, i used make £1000s and give him whatever they quoted me, was i wrong to do that? is that 'skimming'?

It's a grey area I'd say you still got him everything he wanted but you also made it worth your while. He still more than profited. Now if you were losing him money by taking some it'd be a different story

How did you get into the meat business?

I worked with my uncle who's a butcher when I was in college to have money to bet with, so I'd be there when the wholesalers would drop off the carcasses, and I just hung around long enough and ask enough questions to originally work for the wholesaler that supplied meat to my uncle, I eventually ended up running that business and just up and left one day and that guys business tanked because he hadn't worked in so long he didn't have a clue about the contracts & customers I had put in place, I picked up the pieces when he went out of business, he has since passed away, RIP. Meat business is weird because everyone knew me at the time I got a £50k credit line from the farmer I use originally so I just had to pay one truck driver, rent a refrigerated truck, expenses and slaughterhouse fees and that was it. The advantages of working with the other wholesaler and my uncle being a butcher, he actually rents the shop front under my office now, I keep him close <3

How did you end up with your job?

I worked for another sales company which was very aggressive in the approach where I sold tv service. It was basically a giant pyramid scheme marketing cult that goes by the name of Devilcorp on the internet. The place was hell on earth but they trained me and it was one of those sink or swim deals and I swam. I had a lot of help and some really great mentors that gave me a lot of tools to improve myself that apply to everything. I spent about 8 months doing that and the first 4 or 5 were great but that's about the time I found out the company I was working for was actually a sect of a parent company called Snart Circle who are a giant pump and dump operation to all of their employees. They're like everything. Evil about corporate America crammed into one company. I spent the next 4 months trying to find a better job that paid as well and it was hard to do because I was working 6 days a week basically all day everyday so I had 1 day to interview/get everything done for the week. I finally just said fukk it and got a job delivering pizzas. Went on indeed and seen an ad from a company my sisters ex's brother worked for as a manager and they were an HVAC company. I applied to be a tradie because I wanted to get free trade school experience so I could get into a union and make a bunch of money but they seen I had experience from the last job and told me I'd make a lot of money, work part time, and I wouldn't have to found my leads. I said yes and now I'm back in sales but it's WAY less stressful. Less time consuming, better pay and It's pretty chill. The owner is kid of a greedy bastard though and he doesn't care about anybody which kind of bothers me. They also lied to me in a sense. They said I'd get 5-10 calls a week with a 50% closing ratio and I'd never have to find my own leads but instead I've been getting -0-4 a week and I've been cold calling people at least 5/6 hours a week. Not bad still but they say it's slow. If it picks up I should be making really great pay. Even now it's not bad though I actually make more than I did at my job working 60 hrs a week. Plus my closing ratio has actually been at 78% which is pretty solid. Way better than expected.

Also recently found out when my sister broke up with my managers brother she fukked my manager. My boss boned my sister. Ever had anything that awkward go down in the work place? I wish she didn't tell me.

Nothing like that man too many feels, my sister's moved out for college and then stayed out for their jobs and then just got married so been shielded from chit like that. Although I was 17 one time and my mom told me some dude slapped my sister in school, me and a few guys beat the hell out of him and broke his house windows lmao I think dad and my moms cousins beat his dad up as well, like hospitalised him, we didn't see him for two months.

Ever beat the hell out of someone? Like legit not care about what state he's in, just got all your anger out?

Nah I've never been that angry before. I did get punched while trying to break up a fight though and I was drunk so I kicked him as hard as I could. Snapped his ribs and started laughing. He was a gang banger though in the middle of the ghetto so I didn't really have any sympathy for him.

How well can you take a punch?

Depends who is punching, being only 142lbs anyone 160+ could probably put me down in a few, so 4/10, anyone my weight or less, I'd say 6/10. I get really angry and I have a lot of heart so unless I'm completely out I will be throat-ball-ing you till you can't stand if someone's just that much bigger than me.

Last time you had a cheat meal or cheat day?

I'm planning a cheat meal a week and a chest day once a month, dasit?

That's how I am. It takes me a lot to get into a fight but if I'm fighting I'm gonna give it everything until one of us isn't standing anymore.

I haven't been following a specific diet lately so I have them pretty much whenever. I just eat reasonably and get enough protein. Been maintaining/losing slowly but it's definitely time to figure something out though. I have a good amount of weight to drop. Mostly just afraid to tank my performance at work by cutting Calories. Just that drop in carbs and calories is gonna wreck my overall mood. I can be pleasant regardless but that quick witted outgoing facade is hard to keep going when I'm hungry and tired all day.

What are you gonna eat on your chest day?

Not lately but when I was on my EC stack last time I peed every 45 minutes an at night at least two times. I never slept a full night.

How much water do you drink?
