What's the deal with the rise in anti Milk *******s?

The conventional dairy industry is fuked. That **** is full of pus, hormones and antibiotics. Heavily processed crap. Homogenized so the cream doesn't even float to the top. Pasteurized so there is no enzyme activity or beneficial bacteria. These conventional cows are treated horrendously. The way they are raised, along with the way we grow the mono crops to feed them, is simply unsustainable. Its destroying the top soil and the environment.
I know this sounds like hippy BS. Its just the truth. Ironically pastured animals and sustainable farming practices are both beneficial to the land and your health. If you drink milk try to find a small farm you trust to buy it from.

we have not spent the last 65 million or so years finely honing our physiology to watch Oprah. Like it or not, we are the product of a very long process of adaptation to a harsh physical existence, and the past couple centuries of comparative ease and plenty are not enough time to change our genome. We humans are at our best when our existence mirrors, or at least simulates, the one we are still genetically adapted to live. And that is the purpose of exercise. - Mark Rippetoe

The hormones are also very low levels and are degraded by the gi tract and by hepatic metabolism before they do much.
Also not oasteurizing leaves a strong risk of Pasteurellosis and Brucellosis, lol at denatured enzymes being some kind of issue. You drinking colostrum for antibodies or something?
Tldr you're saying hippy chit

brb, massive amounts of hormones being dumped into your system from puberty, but nah, it's milk causing that acne.

On top of that it isn't because cows are more sick or raised poorly thst we pasteurize. Even healthy cows can harbor the bacteria that would harm us, and often do.

I love the chocolate whole milk at my work but it's like 360 calories and gone in 5 seconds. Whole carton of chocolate almond milk is only 800 calories. I'm cutting bro.
