Honestly, I think I look more like my eldest brother than anything else. Everyone always thought I was his kid. lol.

Do you regret any life choices you've made and if so what would you have done differently ?

The past three years which I'm now making up for. Felt lost got really depressed and stopped going out, wasn't eating enough and lost a lot of size and things just went to crap with everything. If I could go back I would have trained a bit less. Stopped focusing on staying super lean and started focusing more on a better career path building a better social life and just being happy.

13. Alright nothing special because I didn't really feel much for the girl. First one that meant anything was when I was 20. Felt great.

I actually made out with an ex back in hs in the stairwell and one of the brother's (I went to a Catholic hs) caught us and said ''Alright break it up save some for The Holy Spirit'' that was pretty damn funny

I regret drinking and smoking back in my late teens which went on towards my mid 20's. I wouldn't of gave into peer pressure and just focused more on my studies and running

@Dead, earlier in the week I maxed out at 24 pullups

Do you like meatloaf? If so do you like it with ketchup on top and wrapped with bacon?

If not water probably zero carb rockstar. I drink a couple per day and it'd be like an instant caffeine boost.

I used to ride my bike to the gym all the time which was about 15 miles. It was leg day and I went in and smashed a new PR and had a great workout. Went to ride home and my house is in the country and 10 of the 15 miles is a straight shot going east/west. There was a MASSIVE head wind with 40-50 mph gusts blasting me the entire way home. I can usually make it home in 45 minutes and this took me almost two hours. It was so intense I almost started crying out of frustration 100% srs. That's why cycling is the goat cardio though. You're not getting home if you give up and you can't stop early.

What's the longest bike ride you've been on?

Depends on the area, rural areas people are generally religious and in urban areas it's a mixed bag. Most people just care about providing for their family, available jobs and safety (unless you're a far leftist activist sjw). I think most young people like me nowadays who are Catholic have their values but don't really practice or go to church but they'll still attend Catholic schools, that's coming from a conservative. inb4 God fires a lightning bolt up my angus

Anything about religion and idol worship, which is why I no longer bother.

. . .

If you didn't need to sleep, what would you do with those extra eight hours?

For the sake of this question, assume that your body fully recovers without sleep.

If I have a date then yes, I won't eat anything that'll make my mouth smell. Otherwise I don't care what I eat. Love spicy food.
