Excessive narcissism may have taken his life.Hope he recovers. Reminds me of Zyzz and Plitt. Never happy enough, always wanting to do more to impress until it kills them. He probably kept taking more and more shyt and his body finally had Enough.

They do have Total Parental Nutrition IRL. Pretty sure he'll need a central line to get enough protonz after an 8 hour arm workout.

Piano going to join the 27 Club alongside Kurt Cobain, Jim Morrison and Amy Winehouse. Fitting for a young legend.

Srs though hope he recovers. Met him this year at the Arnold Classic. Pretty sure he was on Colombian Castor Sugar as he was wired and stared a hole through my soul when I shook his hand, but he was a good guy.

I hope he pulls through, he's not a bad guy. I wonder if he will make any changes if he does.

I'm guessing a combo of downers, he mentioned taking anxiety/pain/sleeping pills on a few different occasions.

I've met Rich 3 times. He's legit the nicest guy in the industry toward his fans. His lines are so long and move so slow at expos because he stops and has a sincere convo with every fan.

Hope this isn't as bad as people are making it sound. I follow a lot of the 5% athletes. One of them posted that Rich slipped and hit his head, but is improving.

I like some of elgintensity's content but he went too far with this one. ^ Rich Piano's actually a pretty cool guy like a gentle giant, his body doesn't match his personality imo.

I hope he makes a full recovery and lives a long life.

We've already lost a handful of people in the fitness industry. No matter how much I'd hate a guy, I wouldn't wish death upon him. Especially not like this.

Although I do have respect for the guy. He puts out some good information/knowledge on his YT channel, is honest about his usage, and has gave out good advice that many people need to know regarding celltech. He's not a fake natty liar, and in my opinion would probably be a pretty cool guy to hang out with.

Let's be blunt boyos, if he slipped into a drug overdose coma on Monday then by Thursday he should have about 5% brain activity left to ever have if he even ever became conscious. This is typical overdose....family taking too long to pull the plug. Dude is already dead and being forced to breath via ventilator.....sad to see such a young aspiring bber die at the age of 19..

I thought this was a troll thread, but sadly it's not. I hope he pulls through with low damage, despite all his issues he is one of the more honest people out there - I said "more" honest. I don't think anyone is really expecting him to live to 100, but this is still way too early in life. Plus nothing beats a new comment section on a fresh YT video.
