It's sad I hope he pulls through this. He's the only who is open about his use of cell tech and provides the lulz in his videos. Plus he can be pretty motivating. If one was to die I rather have Lazar Angelov or one of those other frauds die (srs).

Agree with the miscer who said rich fell and hit his head. For a drug od they wouldnt put you under and it he did hit his head it would make sense to put him under to give his brain time to heal as the shock from a concussion can kill you

Zero medical training checking in.

If he OD'd he would've stopped breathing causing potential hypoxic brain injury (lack of oxygen), he would've been unresponsive when arriving at the hospital at which point they decided to put him in a coma (breathing for him, etc) to reduce brain swelling and oxygen demand by the brain to try and see if there is any recovery of brain function, which high likely hood no, he's prob brain dead. This makes more sense from a medical standpoint. Also if he just "slipped and hit his head" somebody that knows the story would've said this, nobody has said anything at all.

This does give us hope though. Lamar Odom went through the same thing at 35 and everyone thought he going to be brain dead. Piana is a healthy 27 year old so he has an even better chance of recovery.

He was found in his home where an emergency call was placed and the risk of od'ing is more the lack of functioning of your organs such as your lungs and heart. If it was an od the risk of death would be more attributable to asphyxiation by vomit or the shutting down of your organs due to lack of blood flow thats why i think he fell because think rich isnt some opiate addict more than likely he fell

What if for some reason the doctors decide to give him a prostate check and to their horror, they find that his dink at that moment does not actually hang lower than his balls. Surely when he wakes up they'd refrain from telling him this shocking discovery in case he relapses into a heart attack.

To be fair, its really no different than any professional sport. Football player suffer all kinds of physical dysfunction during and after. And I won't even mention the physical tool related to boxing and/or MMA. Pro BB may not be the worst of these.
