Buddy just came out of a 2 month medical coma (was supposed to be shorter but he would not wake up on the first try).

A week later he was in physical rehab and it looks like he is going to be fine.

The circumstances were different though, my friend had severe pneumonia.

Hope Rich pulls through.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

I had pneumonia when I was 30. It's no joke.

As far as Rich, everytime I would watch his videos I would cringe. I am very into health and how the medical industry is a giant scam. For example cholesterol is not bad for you at all. In fact we need it to survive and our body makes most of the cholesterol in our body. And we are in a constant state of scurvy which really affects are heart and arteries. So I am very attentive to what affects the body.

And everytime I saw Rich? All I could think about was the stress his organs and heart must be under. Seemed like they would explode any minute with all of the things he has done to his body.

JG sith lord sickening pissening Janoy Cresnova will probably endure the same fate.

It'll be interesting to see what the dude looks like if he wakes up 5 months later and lost all his actual gains, whilst still having giant balloon arms and chest.

In all seriousness, whilst I'm not a huge fan of the guy, I hope he's ok.
