Going on vacation to Greece next month. Athens > Mykonos > Santorini

Going to be HOT in Athens but supposed to be much cooler on the islands.

With the Greek Islands in mind, what day use colognes do you see fitting and what nightlife colognes do you see fitting?

SOTD : Etat Libre d'Orange - Remarkable People

I don't know what's wrong with me, why in the world do I not have a full bottle of this yet? depaulgenerousbro sent me a 5ml decant of this like a year ago and I only wear it occasionally because I just have so many freakin options - but this is on my short list of MUST BUY bottles.

Such a pleasant, easy to wear, signature scent worthy fragrance. There's nothing I dislike about this juice. Longevity is good, it's not too loud, very versatile.
"Top notes are grapefruit, champagne and cardamom; middle notes are jasmine, curry tree and black pepper; base notes are labdanum, sandalwood and lorenox."

The opening has changed to become more citrus and less cocoa, but the drydown is almost the same. The price of the old bottles have become only reasonable for collectors, so just buy the new one.

New Byredo on the horizon, Velvet Haze.

"The composition develops with notes of sweet coconut and dried leaves of patchouli, on the earthy and velvety base of wild musk and cacao absolut. The woody-musky creation is said to contain green undertones."

Earthy velvet base with coconut? Not sure what to think. Spring? Fall?

Hey guys. Looking for a cheaper daily use fragrance. Thougths on Azzaro Chrome vs. Joop Homme? Just picked up Invictus and am gonna give this ish a go. The sampler tubes I used got me some compliments some lady friends so further experiments are required...

Also looking for thoughts and input on Tom Ford Noir. Always heard about Noir Extreme being really good but I went and smelled it at Macy's the other day along with Anthracite and the original Noir. Noir Extreme and especially Anthracite were like...a real attack on the senses. Really "masculine" I suppose but idk kind of headache inducing I would imagine if I smelled for too long. The original Noir I absolutely fell in love with though from my initial impressions. Some people says it's powdery but coming off of going through Armani Code Profumo EDP (which I would describe as powdery without a second thought) I can see how ppl would say that but it's way different then any other fragrance my little virgin nose has tried lmao. Really REALLY loved it but am wondering what's the general perception of it and its performance/projection?

Also total side note but I'm still trying to figure myself out as far as what I personally like specifically in terms of fragrances (like not ones that get me the most compliments but fragrances that personally hit home with me and my person) but I know out of all the fragrances I've tried for whatever reason Versace Eros and seemingly Tom Ford Noir smelled like my frikkin fragrance "spirit animals" so to speak. I thought they were rather distinct, not sharp attack on the senses like other "masculine" scents but very soft and sensual, sweet in some regards, musky in others but not pungent. Very "smooth" and sexy to me tbh. Wondering what other fragrances out there I might want to take a look at if I enjoy Eros and Noir as much as I do.

I've smelled Ultra Male and idk. It was ok but first thing i thought was "wow this is really really sweet to my nose". Maybe a little too sugary sweet for me. Like Eros to me smells sweet but its smooth and "soft". Like the vanilla in Eros really brings that fragrance together for me I think. I felt like Ultra Male was like more than incrementally loud in comparison imo.
