How does that even make sense Vayne?

Shooting on paper is less accurate than on steel?

If all you want is to hear a ping after shooting then yeah steel is the way to go, but to see your accuracy, you're better off using paper for grouping and stuff like that. Are you trying to say the distance is short?

Anyone else have a problem with retention on a G43 in a stealth gear holster? The holster is great, comfortable, and been problem free for the 8 months I've had it. I do, however, hate that a slight jiggle can cause the gun to fall out. Even with playing around with the tension screws, it hasn't helped.

All of the hybrid IWB holster manufacturers have some instructions somewhere about how to use a damp rag and hair dryer or heat gun or similar to better mold the kydex around the indent at the front of the trigger guard if it becomes an issue like that.

Exactly! Mind boggling that so many of my coworkers don't take advantage. I intend to keep pushing along to try and meet the standards for instructor certification some time next year. Our Master Instructor certs (Pistol/Patrol Rifle/Shotgun) generally have a 60-75% fail rate. Not sure if I would ever want to teach but it would be a cool credential to have. I at least want the pistol and patrol rifle certs.

It makes me incredibly sad that the only thing on the base in Exeter is a prison.

I'm pretty sure the last one I got has the internal polymer stiffener, but it's been awhile so I don't remember exactly. It's hard for a gun belt (that isn't overly wide, just talking 1.5") to be too stiff. As long as you aren't getting the velcro on the inside (can't get insert and velcro or it gets real thick), I'd just go ahead and get the polymer (or whatever) insert
