I have an Amazon Prime card: 2% off at gas stations, restaurants, and pharmacies and 5% off of Amazon purchases with Prime membership. It also will give you 1% back everywhere else, but for that I have a Capital One Quicksilver card that does 1.5% of every purchase. I use that for everything that isn't gas, dining, or Amazon basically.

I clicked the now link and did a Ctrl+F find for the word "joint" and didn't even get a hit. They're fish oil
And the Orange Triad is a multi, joint support, and digestion and immune support.

I do a fair amount of business travel, and using miles to upgrade to 1st class would be nice.

Take fish oil, get 2-3g combined EPA/DHA per day. Look for enteric coating to prevent fish burps.

Went with the orange triad and NOW fish oil. EPA/DHA (omega 3 long chain) is more potent and harder to get (for the same effect) than the other omega 3s short chain (from what I read)
