My pupper was in the hospital for a week and lost all of his muscle. It was pretty incredible because he was jacked. Took a while to get it back

Usually head trauma doesn't warrant a week and counting of an induced coma. I've had concussions in college football and that's the dudes running full speed into each other, and weighing 200 something. There's probably more to the story..

you have no idea bro, dont even speculate. its not worth your time. hitting your head can be even worse than a lot of reasons why you might lose balance or pass out. I know people who have died from hitting their head even tho something else made them fall that was also a medical issue.
