Might only be 5 days. got it on Saturday. I like to lie to myself and pretend that if I eat mostly on track throughout the week, then the cheat meals on the weekends are ok.

I'm never gonna make it.

I've always had good luck with Target Sports . . . sounds like their CS and processes may be in a rough patch at times. If I need ammo quickly, I'd take SGAmmo for sure over them. But if the price is right, Target Sports is still right up there with top places I'd buy. And they do tend to have pretty good deals consistently.

Good morning. started watching ozark last night, it's great so far

Taking the only bro shooting for his first time at the range Monday. I have to teach him some things before we go as there is no teaching/instructing rule at the range.

Asked GF if she wanted to hit the range today. She suggested we go to a nature park. Later went to take cat to vet and after paying 165 for blood work and a shot the park sounds like a great idea. Miffed

Edit: Rotator cuff tendonosis is also keeping me from hitting the gym. I feel like chit MFC.

And to your mom, it seems they share a birthday. Baby girls b-day is the 22nd, so next weekend we'll probably do that.

Three weeks ago I was able to hit the gym with a buddy so I had a spot for chest. Since then the pain gradually appeared itself. The pain appears and is at it's worst during night time. I'm thinking about going light weight and pushing through it.

The pain was mild at the beginning of the week. You know when you have those pains you can work through or am I just getting old?
