Need to upgrade your trailer though. That 6 ton car hauler is junk. Gooseneck is where it's at.
When I add a skid steer or mini excavator i'll need a bigger trailer and will go for a GN. For what I have now the 20' 10k gvwr works fine

Have you actually driven or even been in a truck like that?

Brb 4x the interior space of a sports car. Sits higher off the ground so you can see a lot more. Safest vehicle possible in a crash. Rides smooth as hell. As all the modern conveniences of a luxury sedan. Has the ability to tote in the bed or tow a trailer. Maintains value very well (respectively). Assuming you own a business can be a tax deduction....

My first truck was an F250. Only occasionally towed a camper or boat. But I could fit 1 passenger in the front and 4 in the back seat. All my friends chipped in gas money and we took road trips on the weekends.

good thing you can probably tow one with that
I had an F250 that would get about 480 miles on a tank highway. 16MPG city. Guessing about 22ish hwy. Newer trucks are probably better then that or at least comparable.

Best I ever got was 600 miles on a tank. All highway driving

I kinda don't see the point. But its your money and not mine, kinda.

Don't see what that truck can do that you previous one's could not.

-Haul chit here and there
-Decent gas mpg comparatively speaking of other trucks
-Room for more than 3 peoples

New generation turbo diesel with significantly more power. Easier to keep clean.

How many fukin trucks do you go through? I remember within the past 3 or so years you made a thread about your new $60000 truck that looked like a lamer version of the one you just bought. What happened to that one? Lost in a tragic leaf burning accident?

What are talking about. Diesel trucks hold value incredibly well even with hundreds of thousands of miles on them. They are reliable, useful, and now the top tier American trims are nice as hell inside.
*Updated* If you can't hit a 320 yard drive, are you even a man?

I trade in every 3 years generally. If you had read my OP, you would see I traded it in on this one.

Half my friends have giant lifted trucks, getting like 10mpg. Spending thousands tuning/adding turbos or upgrades. wooo, what a waste. Since OP uses his for work, more power to him. but for people just buying one to look cool (All of texas) really cant relate to the appeal. I just drive around my little 4 banger getting 35-40mpg. 30mpg towing motorcycles.

Its a nice truck though. Just 68k is a lot. i'd buy a gt350...
And some people would saying buying a 60k sports car made for the track is a waste when 99% of people are going to just drive it on public roads. Everyone has different tastes and even if they dont use it for heavy hauling would rather just drive a truck for whatever reason.

Nice truck. Wouldn't drive/10. Had a 1 ton cummins and I felt like I was going to lose a filling every time I was in it. I prefer the plush ride of a 1/2 ton.

Also, Dodge > Chevy

I did read it. I'm not talking bout that black truck. It was a white truck you were talking about buying.
