You're taking way too much fish oil. Get a high quality one from like Controlled labs or Now super omega. Theirs have better quantities of EPA and DHA so you only take 2-3 a day. Vit D is too high and if Optimen is turning your urine green why the fuk are you still taking it? Only multi I personally buy is vita-Jym but it is on the pricey side
edit: if creatinine is high, that really narrows it down. How many grams are you taking a day?

I thought omega fatty acids were found not to be as beneficial as originally thought, why is everyone still taking fish oil pills?
Also, creatine supps have links to cancer, how is that worth?
10,000 vitamin D per day? sounds like a lot. I thought 2,000 to 3,000 was enough? Also, are you taking the liquid form?
I would stop the supps personally and listen to your doctor. Your future self will thank you.

Fish oil- 10 pills
Vitamin d 10,000 ui
Optimen 3 pills
2 joint support pills
Creatine
What should I do Misc? Lower it out or stop all together. He said good night sweet kidneys if I continue
But I also consume a ton of water almost 2.5 gals every day. Usually my pee is always clear but it's been green ever since I stared optimen.

No reason those supps should be hurting your kidney. Tell him to get fukced and get a new doctor.

Its not the supps mate.... its all the crap byproducts, fillers and other garbage thats in then due from poor regulation.
You GP has an MD and real world experience. If he/she tells you to do something, do it. Plus supplements (minus dat dere) do f*ck all other than marginal benefits if they provide any at all. lol
LOL @ taking any supps. They are literally the left over byproducts of real food production put into fancy containers. The fitness community is so cringe sometimes. lol

Stop taking so much whey, waste of money, you need 0.8g protein per kilo of lbm you have. You take way to much vitamin d, should cap it at 1000 ui. Get a multivitamin that isn't complete garbage, why do you think your piss is green brah? You use none of that multi and it just gets pissed out.

But since you both have a higher than normal (I'm assuming) muscle mass, and also a higher than normal activity level, your serum creatinine will be higher for the same kidney function. I calculated your creatinine clearance, and it looks fine to me. It's not exact though, and it could get more accurate with a couple more details. You can't just take what I say and ignore your doctor. Maybe bring this to his attention and have him actually measure your kidney function using inulin. I don't know a lot about that test, and I don't think it's often used, but it will provide your true kidney function.
TLDR; He didn't even measure your kidney function. He measured something that correlates with kidney function, but which can increase without kidney function changing.
Also, you don't need that much vitamin D. Cut back to what the bottle says unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

when you say creatine do u mean creatine or dat dere creatine?
Check your blood urea nitrogen ratio. If you have a very high BUN and a very high creatinine measurement, then it's probably good night sweet kidneys. If you have kidney problems, most docs recommend a low protein diet. Sucks if you lift, but it's better than pissing blood or black toxic filth.

I would just ask your doctor if it's possible that your creatinine is higher because of your activity level and muscle mass. Well OP, taking some supplements is generally fine. That being said, you don't need to take a pharmacy worth of them Ronnie Coleman tackle box style. Like anything else, there's a limit as to what would be healthy.
