Doctor is telling me to stop taking supps

Got blood test as usual some stuff was high. Blames it on my lifting supps.

Daily-

Currently I take 2-3 scoops of whey every day
Fish oil- 10 pills
Vitamin d 10,000 ui
Optimen 3 pills
2 joint support pills
Creatine

What should I do Misc? Lower it out or stop all together. He said good night sweet kidneys if I continue

But I also consume a ton of water almost 2.5 gals every day. Usually my pee is always clear but it's been green ever since I stared optimen.

Is he a nonlifting *******?

No reason those supps should be hurting your kidney. Tell him to get fukced and get a new doctor.

it prolly is from taking a chitload of supps and a chitload of water.

if you take too much of anything your body will get burned out from constantly having to process and filter a ton of stuff.

you should do what the doctor says and see if its back to normal the next test.

Morons no, but they always consult a specialists because they are not trained in a lot of fields obviously. Heart acting funny, go see a cardiologist, altered mental status? Let me get a neurologist. Urinating often? Urologist, etc. They are basically making sure you are seeing who you need to see.

That is A LOT of supplements tho

For one, you should be maxing 5,000 UI of Vitamin D a day, and you take double that amount. Then 10 pills of fish oil? Not to mention all that other stuff. You're literally overdosing, srs.

Yes, of course you should stop taking supps if your doctor suggests it. You can still gain muscle and get what your body needs from just lifting and eating the right foods. Kidney failure is a son of a bitch, look it up. Ain't worth it for one second.

I had a blood test while taking a bunch of stuff and everything was perfect apparently.

and what are the sides of taking too much stuff?
like I take 50mg zinc
2 Now adam muiltivit tablets
5k iu vit d
Tribulus
and arginine
and also 3 whey scoops..

I wonder if that does more harm than good if I have a good diet..

I'm not actually a doctor (in pharmacy school), but creatinine will be elevated in people with increased muscle mass. It's a product of muscle metabolism. Increased levels can either mean 1) your kidney function is poor or 2) you have a lot of muscle metabolism (increased muscle mass).

Just what exactly was your serum creatinine, if you have it on hand?

Alot of doctors know **** all about lifting. My doctor told me to stop lifting heavy and do high reps like 20 or some **** like that. He can fuq right off, find another doctor. Preferably one that has experience with lifters.
