I just want to say THANK YOU Rich for teaching me so much about life, whether it was the easy or the hard way. Now all of a sudden she has to let us know they're still married. Despicable.

There's nothing more disgusting when someone dies and their family/friends end up fighting over their inheritance.

Personally on my mothers side, half their family wont talk to the other all over inheritance from my great grandparents to my grandma. People are disgusting, someone died why you worried about money ._.

If that is his lawful wife then I'm pretty sure that they will have to legally give atleast a certain % of the posessions to her, even if she is not in the will. I don't think you can just leave your wife with nothing.
