Savage 10ba ~ 900$

Mosberg mvp ~ 1,000$

Ruger precision ~1,200

Springfield m1a ~1,800

There's a 150 mir on savage right now so the price would be around 750-800 so I want to say it's the clear winner if I can find one to hold and it feels nice
I liked the Ruger Precision, but the stock is crap. I'd change it out to the Magpul.

I try to be good on it, especially with a passenger. Almost lost her once a couple years ago and she still won't let that go. Had an F4 way back in the day but mostly went through several Ninjas.

Nice bike dual, TFW parents not cool with me getting a bike (yes with my own money obviously) because they think it's unsafe.

Told them just imagine the money they'd save on insurance for the car during summer when I can be driving my motorcycle instead lol

I mean I can pay for it altogether on my own, what I'm saying is if they still didn't want to pay for the car insurance that would be a plus for them during the months I can ride the motorcycle.

I actually looked at Busas once and kinda liked them, but yeah...the Busa "culture" just doesn't work for me.

Those TLRs were squirrelly little buggers if I remember correctly.

Well.. it is more unsafe than being encased in a ton of steel. Really though, it comes down to experience. I don't know what yours is, but new riders lay down their ride within the 1st month, almost guaranteed. It's why I never ever suggest a new ride to a new rider. Get on craigslist and spend $800 on a used beat up bike you can learn on, ride into the ground, and pay little insurance on. (Insurance is actually not that low if you have to get full coverage because of financing. Considered a recreational vehicle).

Also, the temptation is real to open the throttle, feel the adrenaline, and then learn too late that you picked a wrong line and come into a turn too hot. Most accidents for new rider just involve themselves, and without being encased, the injury on even a slight mishap can turn to outrageous medical bills.

Also, cars really don't tend to see you. I've lost count how many times I've been run off the road.

Rode a motorcycle for 15 years as my sole mode of transportation. Honestly, I'd talk my own kids OUT of riding a motorcycle.
I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

USA HAS MORE GUNS DEALERS THAN MCDONALD’S, GROCERY STORES AND STARBUCKS COMBINED
A year ago, a study came out, which I had somehow never seen before, that shows the United States has nearly 65,000 gun dealers in America, and a combined total of around 63,000 combined Starbucks, McDonald’s and grocery stores.
Seems high to me. I thought you couldn't have a home-based FFL anymore and it had to have a storefront?

Last time I made a purchase and the site had a FFL locator, there were so many residences registered as FFL dealers. Was news to me.

85% of FFLs in VT are home based. I'm a home based dealer. The ATF doesn't care as long as local zoning laws don't prevent it

I'm good with that. I don't go to McDonald's, and Starbucks will never get a penny out of me. I try to support LGS when I can but I'm also fine with getting the best deal on a gun online.

You can. A lot of distributors just don't take you seriously and you miss out on some of the perks of having a brick and mortar store. For example Glock has a sick dealer program you can do once a year, but you can't be a home based FFL for it.
