A true one of a kind. I always enjoyed Rich over the years for being straightforward and telling the truth the way he saw it. Even if I didn't always agree with him (especially some of the things he said that came out on tape not too long ago but no sense digging up the past). My condolences to his family and friends. Doesn't seem real which is odd to say about a guy that looked like Rich and took what Rich took. He really seemed to love life and to get everything he could out of it. He had the most entertaining comments section in all of youtube and did offer some solid advice from time to time while being entertaining. Between Rich and Dallas I think I speak for everyone when I say we need to get CT a new heart ASAP. These things always come in threes.

Can't say I was a massive fan of the guy, he represented everything wrong with the bodybuilding scene as of recent years.

Having said that he kept it real 90% of the time and was a great entertainer, I could watch his videos where he'd be saying some really stupid chit, yet it was still fun to watch.

I think everyone was aware he wouldn't live to see his 70's, but I am shocked to see him die this early.

if you just watched the video i posted earlier Rich claims his doses were nothing compared to what Bostin Lloyd does.. sure he took the vitamin S, but that isn't what killed him
