He was a really charismatic guy and most importantly honest in this chit industry. The most honest guy there was. I've followed him for a few years and honestly, I felt sorry for Rich because regardless of all the hate he kept going strong with a positive attitude and motivation upon others. Always kept it real. It seemed to me he didn't stop for a moment to really enjoy life enough, or rather he seemed conflicted with himself and unhappy despite his success and company before. Maybe his ex influenced him too much in a bad way, but as many had noticed recently and for the past year, he seemed much happier, someone who appreciates life more. Like someone in another thread said, he appreciated his fruits of labor more and it showed in the latest videos. Especially in his latest girlfriend's videos of them. I think he finally started to shift focus in his life to something after his bodybuilding career through the mentioning of his bigorexia issue, quest to self-improvement health-wise and all around appreciation for his fruits of labor and for his latest girlfriend. What's for sure is that he seemed to have found happiness near the end, it's just so unfortunate he wasn't able to find it sooner.
