Oh wow it's a category 4 like hurricane Charley was. This is no joke brahs if you didn't manage to evacuate you need to bunker down for your lifes and say some prayers. If you're on the coast and it hits mainland as a category 4 it's some serious chit like life or death.

Was staying in Charleston, SC at the time... It's a city on the coast and was where direct impact was. To this day the moss on the trees hasn't fully recovered to how it was pre-hurricane Charley. We were stupid and decided not to evacuate but it's safe to say everyone that was involved will never make that mistake again.

I've never been through a storm like this one. i wasn't born yet for Andrew. Usually the storms were always category 3 or 2.

The thing about hurricanes that hit states like Texas and Louisiana is that they have the warm waters of the Gulf to strengthen, so they're usually always stronger.
