Answer these:

What does your gut tell you about her interest in you?
It's been two to three weeks; have you made any plans to see her?

& it's never good to be too available. Less is always more. Especially in the beginning. Also remember, that waiting too long and being too passive will get you in the friend zone. A man knows what he wants and he goes after it. Don't ever be afraid to be bold, and don't ever filter yourself. Women aren't as delicate and naive as you think.

A plateau in strength typically means that it's time for a new routine (for now). A higher rep scheme could work, rest could work. Another important thing to factor in is: How are you eating? Are you eating to gain weight, maintain, or lose weight? If you're looking to gain weight, then upping your calories & taking a few rest days could do the trick.

If you're cutting weight, then you can't expect to make substantial strength gains. You would be lucky to maintain your strength, but this would put an even greater emphasis on a well structured high protein diet at a calorie deficit.

Apologies if you were looking for an actual new routine. I would do the same exercises but play with 8-12 reps for a little bit, and then get back to what you were doing

Cutting weight, 1800 cals max on 20g of net carbs. I was thinking of going higher rep (4x10 or 5x8) but still wasn't sure. My squat also took a big dip from squatting 275 in the reg to 185lbs max for 2. I'm just unsure of what to do with my routine since I'm aiming at fatloss and muscle gain.

What is your perception on racism in America? It seems like first everyone was told to be colorblind. That negated culture, and people were told to be more aware of cultures. Then if you are aware of a culture, you are guilty of stereotyping/racism all over again.

What are people to do? I have always gone with "someone's race is a part of who they are, but it isn't all of who they are" as a rule and have done ok. Any thoughts/insights?

what is your fat intake? Have you calculated your TDEE at all? If you're care about strength AND losing weight, it'll benefit you to take the accurate & scientific approach to losing weight. BB.com use to have a great thread about it, but I can't find it. This will do:

Yes sir. 150g fat, 90g protein & 20g of carbs. Drink a gallon of water a day and between 20-30oz of coffee, rainbow multi vit, magnesium and potassium. Also been on keto for 2mo and still have the strong cravings. Chit is rough.

I'll keep this simple, unless you want to dig deeper. As far as I'm concerned. Racism will always exist, but I'm also of the belief that it is taught. I don't see anything wrong with acknowledging that we are different. I'm not colorblind, I see color before anything else, but I don't let that be ALL that I see.

With meditation, reading, and life experience such as living both in the "the hood" then moving to the suburbs, I've learned that we truly are all individuals. I've disliked people on sight for absolutely no reason, because I stereotyped them to be a certain way, then I learned how wrong I was upon actually meeting them. We all have our own story & path. I think it would do us all well, to remember that each story is unique, and to treat people as such. I will give everyone respect, until they give me reason not to.

I've gone through it. I personally think you would be better off keeping your carbs up for strength, but I would recommend that you keep fighting through it and losing weight.

I lost 60lbs eating moderate carbs (100-200) on the days that I lifted, and increased my fats and intook under 50g carbs on my off days. Keto is tough, so maybe give that a shot if you feel like you're going to lose your mind.

Why is your protein so low?

If you're not happy on keto switch back to something more sustainable (and accept the water weight swing)

I have BED, and everytime I try to just count calories I end up relapsing, keto has been the only thing that has kept me abay from trigger foods by not having them available. I probably will try to do a bit higher on carbs on my lifting days. Gonna test it out this week. Thank you so much Dr!

In this case, both parties have to want this to work. You're going to have to work extra hard to handle all of your priorities on time, and even earlier. After you have taken care of your priorities, you have to make time to visit. She has to do this as well, so this isn't a relationship that's only driven on your desire. Once a week, Once every other week, whatever you guys can do; make it work. Now for you, when you do visit, you have to be passionate and fun. If you guys have issues, handle it on the phone or as soon as it happens.

Also try to be more sexy for your girl so that sexual tension is increased and is released once you do see each other.

Sacrifice is key in relationships, but for you two, sacrifice will be everything.

edit: for the love of god, don't be the BF that shows up unannounced at her school either. I've seen this not end well.

In any case, be ready to take the L. Just know that it is a possibility, and start to accept it. College is an experience, and your gf will be maturing and may want to experience it single. It's a normal thing. I'm not saying it will happen, but just accept the possibility.

An honest one made by observation.

This comes naturally for me, but I can pick up on new perfume, new accessories, or clothing. Or just a trait that stands out when I hear their personal story.

Being a good listener & observation skills can take you far.
