I notice that alot of the "hype" from the hurricane has died down in the news like everything is good and fine now, When in reality, The worst is still to come if they get as much rain as they are saying.

Coming down hard as fuk in Montrose. We're probably 8 to 10 blocks from the Buffalo Bayou. We walked over to it earlier this evening and it was overflowed so far. Absolutely insane. I can only imagine the homes along the Bayou are getting round 2 right now.

I'm buying a boat as soon as it's financially possible. Chit, maybe even just a kayak... Anything would help, really..

I heard they're going to release water from one of the dams INTO buffalo bayou tonight to relieve pressure in the dam, otherwise the dam might give way completely....
